Heavenletter #5506 Good Soul, Good Soul, December 21, 2015 God said: For today alone, promise yourself that you will not complain about even one thing. No complaints, no criticisms. For this one day, do not let a word pass your lips that you would not be glad to have on the front page of the newspaper. In fact, for this one day, do not watch the news or read the paper. No cluck-clucking over the news or the state of the world. No relating harrowing experiences or an injustice done to you or to anyone. No crime statistics. No shaking your head at anything. Observe a day without finding fault. Oh, sure, you can always find fault without hunting for it. Today, take a day off. Abstain. Make today a fast day from discussing woes. In effect, pat the Earth you live on, and make nice to all the diverse people who share this Earth with you and call each: “Good soul, good soul.” See the world and its population the way you see your puppy who just can’t seem to get enough love from you, and who, without trying, just wants to pour vibrant surplus love on you. Treat the world and its population with some of the way you treat your puppy. Be a treat to the world. Just for today you are trading in plaints for what can be called appreciation. If you can’t express appreciation today, then seal your lips. For one day, give freedom from criticism to this world. See what it feels like. You know, pretty much your plaints amount to gossip. Today there is no gossip. There is no speculation. Today there is no being the first to know what may narrow your heart and mind and so narrow the world. No expressed toxicity today. Today you may find yourself not having much to say. No drama today. It is possible that that which you experience can truthfully be called peace. This is peace unto the world and greater assimilation of peace into your own beleaguered heart. Of course, you realize that peace is not gushing but silent. Why must My children crave all this noise and careless speech, especially when there can be peace instead. I have heard you cry out for peace, as if it were to be bestowed on you when you are the one to enliven peace. Silence speaks a different story. What if the past could really be behind you. Then you would not remark on who said what and how you felt and what should be done and how this offence must not be allowed. Dear Ones, life is already water under the bridge. All you are doing today is not letting a word out of your mouth that is not pleasant or, at the least, neutral. You say only what is true for you except for the pulling-down comments which may seem true to you yet today you are keeping to yourself. You are quarantining negativity. You are living an experiment of letting go of negativity and such observations from passing your lips. In so doing, you begin to feel peace entering your home and your heart. Without even declaring peace, even without a word, you are welcoming peace. How good peace feels. It even erases worry lines from your face. How much younger you look. This is not a contest you are in. This is a silent withdrawal of even a minor conflagration. You may have to bring up a flat tire when you call Triple A. Unless you love a flat tire and all that goes with it, that’s it. Your flat tire and resultant being late to work etc. do not become the story of your day. You do not promote it. This is not the latest news to go bandying about. Today you declare peace in the warring world. Today you make peace. Today you are risen from the ashes. Way to go, dear Sons and Daughters. Heavenletter #5505 God Hears Your Heart Say, December 20, 2015 God said: What is it that you tell yourself that you want most in your life? Even if you have a list of 1,000 sought-after desires, such a list is not enough for you, unless, that is, you have one major desire that heads the list. You might guess that I expect your major desire to be your search for Me. There could still be yet another part of the equation you forget to mention. “What?” you say. “A factor greater than God? What is more than You, God? Heaven, perhaps? Love with a capital L? What?” I will tell you, but not yet. Of course, the answer hinges on what you just said, yet there is an aspect you may be missing, as you will see. When I tell you, you will say: “Oh, yes, how could I forget?” You may get so caught up in life that you forget what you aren't paying attention to. You may be so busy just trying to keep up with life, you may not be much aware of life itself. You are singularly distracted. You may try to whiz through the day, get to work, leave work behind, and so on. Certainly, a day is taken up. It runs away with you, or you run away with it or from it. It seems you are either running away from something or running after something. Well, you are caught up in a swirl of activity, or you are chewing your nails, or you are out of breath. This is not how you thought life would be. Sometimes you feel as if you are running on a hamster wheel, and you wonder why you are here on Earth at all. To put in time? Yet, you wonder what is the sense of life? What is its meaning? You wonder what life is, after all, offering you. Yes, one way or another, you are on a search for God, yet there is more to the Project of Life on Earth even than this. What you are doing here is a good question. And what you may not be doing here is also a question to ask. Yes, you are seeking Me. What else you may be seeking – the missing factor -- is your service to Me, beloveds. As you serve Me, you serve the world. Yes, you, you are to serve Me and so the world, and the entire Universe. You can even seek to serve and not think of Me, yet in serving one spot of Humanity, you will be serving Me. Serve Humanity. Raise it, and you serve Me mightily. For you to have more joy, you have to get your attention off yourself. Too much attention on you may be self-defeating. What you want to do is to get your enormous attention off yourself and onto something perhaps more significant than your comfort. Yes, be here on Earth for more than your individual self. It’s not that you are not worth great attention. You are worth more, infinitely more than you can give to yourself without being satiated. Oh, how you love chocolate pudding, and how eating all of it isn’t enough, and, yet, at the same time, you are sated. When you serve heaping bowls of attention on yourself, you want more and yet more. Take more modest servings for yourself. Get your attention off you and onto others that you will bless. Light up others’ eyes. Become a listener. What are someone else’s needs? One great need is to be seen and heard. You have no idea how many hearts are not seen or heard. Quietly and unobtrusively, serve more than yourself. Yes, this is how you serve Me and the human heart and the world and, in the process, love life, others, and yourself remarkably. Heavenletter #5504 Divine Simplicity, December 19, 2015 God said: How can One God be Omniscient, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omni-benevolent and made of Divine Simplicity? None of these are thinking abilities. I do not have to remember. I do not make a list. I do not add to a non-existent list, nor do I check items off. This is not an accumulation for Me. I am not an accountant who wears glasses to read the small print. My capability is not a trick. It is not a parlor game. It is not learned. This is how it is. A Moment of Infinity reveals all. In one second, all is known. You have glimpses of this All-Knowingness yourself. You know your Self. And you know through and through what is called My Self if you but dared to own it and own up to it. As it is, you may let My capability slip through your fingers. I zero in on all of My Children in one Second of Infinity. I do not have to remember, nor do I forget. You may choose to call this Simple Awareness of Mine the Mind of God, if you like, yet this is more like the Heart of God, the Realization of God, the Love of God for All of Creation which is ultimately My Very Self which you ultimately are. All the Awareness I AM, you ARE. Otherwise, what else can that We Are One possibly mean? It is not that you have Me. You don’t have Me. I am not something you picked up at the corner store. You are My Very Self. We travel in Infinity together although there is simply One of Us, One One. You ARE the Knowledge I AM. It is not really that you gain it. You were never without it. You are never without it, only it has been tucked away somewhere away from your Awareness and even your Belief. Beyond Belief. Beyond your acceptance as Truth. It is not so much that you are modest. It is not so much that you are in awe. It is more like you have put your cognition away somewhere in a closet yet you are not sure which closet or where lies your Knowingness within the closet. It’s there somewhere behind a neat sheer curtain. You carefully do not look there. Even as All is yours, you feign inability to claim what is yours. Here you are the Wisest of the Wise, yet you feign ignorance. This is not Ignorance. This is more like a double act. Life is too much for you, you believe. Without the awareness and use of this inborn ability of yours, with this simple ability covered up with mothballs somewhere, life actually is not enough for you, not by a long shot. No wonder you find yourself disenchanted with life. You know there is lots more, and yet … and yet ... you don't see it right in front of you. You have hidden it, and you forget where, and, so, you hide from your Self. Beloveds, how can you not accept your God-given abilities? How can you dismiss Who You Are so cavalierly? How can you turn away from the Voice of God that is You and that yearns to come out of the closet? You are not a separate part of Me. You are All of Me. You have left My Palace and do not quite dare accept that this Palace is also yours. You see a Palace with One Room, and you do not deign to re-enter. Of course, the joker is that you are here. You are here! You are One with Me except for your acceptance of your True Nature and the True Nature of all those who are also your Brothers and Sisters. Never are you forsaken, yet you have forsaken your Self. You tell yourself that all the Truth can come later. So you tell yourself, even as the time, the so-called time, is now. Heavenletter #5503 What an Amazing Plot Your Story Has, December 18, 2015

God said: You may think you are not having a great time on Earth. You may have convinced yourself – and the world convinced you – that under your circumstances, you must be having a difficult time, and so you have taken on the robes of despair or anger or victimhood. If you could know ahead of time that your very specific circumstances have merit and would have a good outcome, why, you could have been enjoying yourself all the while. I mean, what a story you are in, what an amazing plot, and what a myriad of possibilities! In any case, your present circumstances do not last forever, and, soon enough, you will be under different circumstances. You may already be in new circumstances, and, yet, what may you be doing but still mourning the past? Look, you know yourself. Even under marvelous circumstances, you continue to worry, because, by and by, these marvelous circumstances won't stay by your side, and what then? You guess that more misery will stake out its territory in your life, and then you are up the creek once again. Isn’t your modus operandi something like this: Either you are waiting to get out of misery or danger or whatever you choose to call it, or you are waiting for the axe to fall and lose your little while of happiness. This way of thinking will keep you moored in helplessness. In the same circumstances, free from worry, you could really enjoy the Dance of Life, one twirl after the other, a twirl of the dice, and a twirl of the Dance of Life. What amazing or preposterous denouements are around every corner. Sure, life flip-flops. Life is always on the move, and you might as well dance with it. Be a willing partner. Be light of foot. This is your life right where it is until it is some place else, or you are. It’s as if you rented a tuxedo, and you wear it in good health. However you are dressed, you are still you. You do not change with the outfits you wear. The external is only the external. It is definitely not eternal. Whatever outfit you change into, only the wrappings around your soul are changed or rearranged. In the world, change is inevitable. This is the nature of the world. You can live in a tiny house, and you are you. You can live in a mansion, and you are still you. Regardless of your circumstances, you are as happy as you allow yourself to be. Circumstances are only circumstances, a coat you wear according to the weather. Of course, it’s nice to be on Easy Street. Once you get over the wonder of living on Easy Street, however, you are still only as happy as you allow yourself to be. Sooner or later, it comes down to you and the happiness quota you allot yourself. One way to get to more happiness, regardless of your circumstances, is to come from a different angle. Have a go at thinking about the bits of happiness you can impart to another. Underline this: One way to happiness is to stop thinking about yourself. Too much attention on yourself is like overeating. You plaster yourself to how and what you are feeling. You gulp it all down. Believe Me, focus on your circumstances is meant to be finite, certainly not infinite. It is a little painful to think about the time and attention you squander on yourself. You steep your Tea of Life with worry when you could be smiling at someone else. When you think of someone else, you are broadening your horizon and theirs. Your thoughts reach. Your thoughts are received, sometimes actually, and sometimes unbeknownst to you or the person your thoughts are on. Here’s what I ask you to do. If you are suffering, no matter what the reason, think about someone else in a way that will whisk away your suffering. Uplift another's heart, no matter how lightly, and you will also uplift your heart, and so onto the world. Heavenletter #5502 (fr) The Inner Star You Follow, December 17, 2015 God said: Leave yourself alone a little bit. I ask you to stop picking on yourself for every little thing you do or every little thing you don't do or don't do perfectly. Accept the ordinariness of imperfection in the world. You are not separate from anyone else. Everyone has bungled more than once. You are good, and let your goodness be the star you follow. You do not have to be perfection, not in terms of the world, you don’t. In Heaven, you leave fault behind you. Faults find no haven in Heaven. You are not in Heaven to review your faults, nor are you on Earth to go over a litany of faults, as if you are to make a collection of them. Faults aren’t Truth. Oh, the world may say so. The world primarily can see only one side of the coin. The side of that coin that the world typically sees is named facts. The concrete world is made of boundedness whereas you are made of boundlessness. Listen, living in a bounded world is going to make you strong. When you find yourself in a pit, you have no choice but to climb out. You are not meant to flagellate yourself as if a whipping will make you strong and teach you something. You are not a miscreant, beloveds. You do not have to absolve yourself for living your life as best you know how to at a particular moment. You make some mistakes, no doubt. That was then, and this is now. Now you don't look back. You are growing every minute. You are going to soar. You can and will astound yourself with all the hidden treasure you are. You must know by now that all treasure lies within you. Don’t delve into mistakes. I have asked you to let go of the past. To let go means the opposite of to lasso. Do not hog-tie yourself and attempt to score a brand on you. Don't fixate on yourself. You are not the King of Faults. You’re really not. Look at your strengths, and you will multiply them. Look at your supposed weaknesses, and you will multiply them the same. The world has a direct objectivity that it is quite proud of. In terms of yourself, you’re either in or out in terms of the world. You are always in with Me. Just a little turn of the dial. Take a peek from another angle. You’re not done yet. I already have mentioned the story of the little lame boy. He could not run and play like the other boys. Because he couldn’t run away, he had to stand his ground. Being lame turned out to be a great blessing for him. His supposed weakness made him strong. Everyone has lessons to learn, and learn you will. You are learning now. Sooner or later, you will catch on. You will get it “right,” even as your “right” may not look like everyone else’s "right." This is one reason why you do not want to judge. You may think you know, yet you don’t know. You do not know enough. You may in all sincerity believe you are right, yet you may well be missing the point. Whenever you feel fired up, most likely, you are missing the point. Aha, by missing the point is also another way you learn. Humility is one way you learn. There are a multitude of ways you learn. Part of learning is also unlearning. You grow to new dimensions in your perception. In any case, you do not stay the same as you always were or thought you were, for you are ever growing anew. Heavenletter #5501 There Are No Gods before Me, December 16, 2015 God said: I heard you say: “Dear God, You are the basis of my life. For what then, should I yearn? And yet I yearn and yearn for worldly goods and the freedom of wealth even as I know You are my wealth. You are Greater than the Key to my wealth and all my dreams and desires. “I have heard here and there that it is not worthy to yearn for material things, unnecessary to even crave the love of a life partner and a family and babies that I do so crave. I would not trade Your Love for anything. I have thought this over carefully. I cannot, could not trade Your Love for anything. I am incapable of exchanging You for anything, even as there is so much I desire. God, I would not trade you for anything even if I could. I would not barter You, God. "God, I am not yet sure that we are yet One, yet I feel closer to You than I have ever felt before. And, yet, the yearning for beauty and goodness in the world pursues me. God, my yearning comes up and won’t go away.” Blessed Soul, you are doing fine. You do not have to be other than you are. I am not a God Who asks for sacrifices or even one sacrifice. I ask no sacrifice from you. You do not have to give up anything for Me. You do not have to look one way and not another. Be and look as you are. If you are devoted to motorcycles, then you are devoted to motorcycles. If you are desirous of a mate, why shouldn't you be? When you are desirous of dreams, so shall you be. Do you perhaps think that you are unfaithful to Me if you have other desires? It is perfectly all right for you to desire what you desire in the outer world. The outer world has its charm. You are not here on Earth to spurn life's charms. You are here to enjoy. By all means, enjoy. Your life in the outer world is not forever. You do not have to prove anything to Me or to yourself or to anyone. I do not ask for sacrifice or proof from you or anyone. If something is a sacrifice to you, don’t do it. Loving Me doesn’t mean you are to give up something that gives you happiness. What gives you happiness today may not always mean so much to you. Then you let it go. Then it will go by itself. Your yearnings are thoughts, and thoughts come and go. How would you turn away from Me anyway? You are right that you cannot. So, what is the difficulty? How would your having a happy life be a betrayal of Me? Would it be a crisis for you or for Me, somehow? I am not a jealous God. I want you to have happiness. You don’t have to be a practitioner of one kind or another to suit Me. I am a Universal God. Be like the little child. A little child reaches out for a rattle or a piece of cloth or toy after toy. Is there something the matter with this? Besides, closeness to Me resides in the human heart. Your heart is meant to rejoice on Earth. Closeness to Me is more than an action or performance. I am your One Destination. There are many paths to Our Oneness. Let Me remind you that you are not ruthless. [I state as an aside that Judas was not ruthless. He became suspicious. He did not will to become suspicious. Judas had been thinking too much and not really thinking at all. He sold out the One Who Loved Him to those who did not care about him. Of course, Judas was sorry.] I do say and say very clearly: Have no other Gods before Me. However, ignorance is not a God. Getting off track is not a God. There ARE no Gods before Me. It is that simple. What exists on Earth that I could be jealous of! It is My Will that you be happy on Earth. This is the Free Will I gave to you to accept.
