Here in the spiritual realms we are all on high alert as the moment for humanity’s mass awakening draws ever closer. Yes, we are pushing the envelope of your acceptance of our forecasts . . . again! And although it seems to you that we have let you down or disappointed you, you do need to remind yourselves frequently that time is of the illusion. In truth there is only the eternal moment of “now.” Everything happens “now,” there is no other possibility because there is no other moment. So we talk of “soon” and “near” and “close” to impress upon you the reality of making things happen now.

You all incarnated at this point in humanity’s evolution, in this moment of the illusion, to take part very actively in the awakening process. After many earth lives you were ready to awaken and ready to assist others who, for a variety of reasons, are far more deeply asleep and therefore need the devoted assistance that only you can provide. You provide that assistance by your loving intentions, repeated every time that you go within to the quiet and eternally loving center of your beingness, which, as we – your spiritual guides, mentors, and friends – have told you before, are enormously powerful. You made the choice to incarnate because of the enormous power that you would each unleash as individual aspects of the Tsunami of Love, to bring the awakening to fruition, and because the awareness of what you would be doing was so enthralling.

You are all aspects in form of the mightiness that is being released on Earth by the Tsunami of Love. That is why you are drawn so strongly to your spiritual paths; you resonate with the divine field of Love in a glorious harmony of aligning frequencies. You are shielded from the full force of the Tsunami of Love because your physical form could not be maintained without that protective shield, but that shield also blocks your awareness of who you truly are, and that is why doubts and anxieties about the awakening, about God’s divine plan for humanity keep arising and unsettling you.

You knew before you incarnated that it would not be an easy task as you experienced it in human form, but you also knew that what you had set yourselves up to do would be unfailingly and most gloriously achieved. You absolutely know that the event for which you are all so expectantly longing cannot be prevented, and that knowing does penetrate your human form which is why you have the strength to keep holding your Light on high through all the apparent delays and disappointments.

You have no idea how deeply honored you are up here in the spiritual realms as we watch over you proudly and lovingly while you assist most ably in bringing this stage of God’s divine plan forwards towards completion. As you awaken all will be most stunningly revealed for your amazed delight and joy. You will know yourselves once more as you truly are: eternal divine beings of infinite potential through which you create endless patterns of beauty in a vast array of sensations that are far beyond anything you could conceive of with your limited human consciousness.

It seems to many of you that you are on a long path seeking meaning and purpose in your lives and then, as meanings and purposes are uncovered, revealed, and achieved, the search starts once more because you constantly need more stimuli, more goals, something new to excite or interest you. But what you are really seeking you already have deep within you, lying unrecognized because you rely far too heavily on your human form, its competences, and its abilities for stimulation and interest. Truly, although you do need to care for it sensibly, your human body is a distraction because you are so aware of it to the exclusion of what is real, Love, and Whose flame burns always within you maintaining your eternal existence. And yet you seek It, quite unknowingly, without, where It can never be found.

Love is the energy field in which all exists, but because It constantly supports you in every moment, because you are never without it for even the most infinitesimal moment, you do not notice It. An analogy is a fish out of water. Without God’s Love enveloping you in every moment you would be in far worse shape than a fish out of water, you would cease to exist. By becoming still, going quietly within and resting in a high state of alertness, you can uncover that flame, the Light of Love within you, and in doing so you will realize, instantly, that you have no needs, because all is already yours.

God, as you have so often been told, is Love. Love withholds nothing from Its beloved, and you are that beloved. All you have to do is open to Love. Mostly, however, humans get caught up in the unfounded belief that to survive is an ever-present struggle that demands ninety nine percent or more of their attention, and so they become distracted, lost, and unhappy in their seeming aloneness, and seeming defenselessness against all that could destroy them if they ceased to pay attention. And that is why all the masters, mystics, and spiritual guides keep telling you to go within and rest in the peace that you will find there.

To find that inner peace, however, you have to let go, you have to allow the present moment to be – it will, whether you do or not! – and by so doing let your awareness develop of the reality that you are far more than the persona with whom you normally identify. Identity is a useful tool within the illusion where you seem to be separate, individual, but when you go within to commune with God, with Love, with Reality, your true Self, All that exists, you need to release that sense of identity which blocks out the awareness of that state you are attempting to access.

Oneness and individual identity are incompatible. As you find inner peace in that quiet inner sanctuary your sense of identity will have dropped away because you have no need of it. As you become more accustomed to entering this divine state you will find that your sense of identity weakens and becomes far less demanding of your attention. Then you will find that you are beginning to see the divine, the flame of God’s eternal Love in others, and your need to judge will also weaken. Acceptance of others will become normal, and from there forgiveness arises, of yourselves, and of others, eventually of all others.

And that is Oneness, where there is never any sense of threat, danger, or anxiety, because it makes no sense at all when there is only Oneness. Humanity is evolving towards a permanent state of Oneness where its limitless potential can join with God’s to produce wonders beyond anything you can presently conceive of. Know that all is completely well, and that your awakening into Oneness is inevitable.

Humanity is on a roll towards the moment of awakening!  As you read the mainstream news media reports of conflict, wars, crime, and corruption all over the world that may not seem to you to be a valid assessment, but I assure you it is.  Yes, there is much going on that is unloving and causing suffering in the world today, but it is for the most part  the result of an enormous clearing and releasing of the old energies of fear that have maintained and supported the illusion and those who would suppress and control you through it.

The unloving energies, mostly of fear, that have been predominant on Earth for eons are dissolving as more and more of you turn towards love in your relationships, and make the intent to be loving in every situation.  The power of your loving intentions is tremendous, and those who would maintain the old ways through fear and force are now desperately attempting to raise the level of fear across the world because they urgently need those energies as they attempt to fortify the underpinnings of their power base and prevent its collapse.  This they cannot do.  The Tsunami of Love is unstoppable and totally irresistible and it is sweeping away the energies of fear that have held you in the thrall of the dark ones.

You are well aware of the massive uncovering of lies, deceits, and corruption that governments and international corporations have been involved with, as investigative journalists and whistleblowers determinedly and courageously publish vast amounts of evidence that has been concealed in order to allow those in positions of worldly power to carry out their destructive agendas.  Arousing your fears has been one of the ways they used to justify their unjustifiable secrecy, claiming that it was in your best interests to allow them to do things in secret to keep you safe.  It has now become abundantly clear how badly they have deceived you and betrayed your trust in them over the eons.

A few of your politicians while promising transparency during their election campaigns over the last few decades have totally failed to deliver on those promises.  Some indeed had good intentions, but the power and influence of the political machine run wild presented them with insurmountable barriers on that front, and so they turned their attention elsewhere.  And the increasingly raucous attempts by the mainstream media, under governmental and corporate control, to instill worldwide fear of terrorism are failing abysmally.  Humanity will never again submit to fear.

Love is the power, the energy field of infinite potential in which creation rests in constant alert awareness.  That potential is the creative idea that God unveiled at the moment of creation, and it is eternally present throughout Reality, available in every moment for his children to develop and expand.

Fear is the absence of Love, absence of that creative potential.  It is illusory, but when believed in leads to depression, helplessness, and hopelessness.  Do not engage with it, because you do have a choice, and when you choose fear instead of Reality, Love, you give power and energy to the illusion, and that you do not want to do.  There is no one among you who enjoys being in fear, no one!  But when you are in fear you cannot avoid projecting it outwards, sharing it and extending it.  Instead refuse it, and embrace Love, you can do that, and you have limitless assistance from those in the spiritual realms to ensure your success.

Fear is also a state of mind, an unpleasant and personally power draining aspect of the illusion.  Love is Reality.  Embrace Love and fear dissolves because anything that is not in alignment and harmony with Love is unreal and cannot therefore hold out against It, being of the illusion it just ceases to exist.  Increasing numbers of you are realizing this every day, and are refusing to be cowed into submission any longer.  The days of darkness, fear, and unquestioning compliance are over because humanity has chosen to awaken from the nightmare in which it has been resting for eons.

The underlying assumptions upon which most of your laws rely are being deeply questioned, and those assumptions are being proven, in nearly every instance, to be false.  A new era has truly dawned, and initially that appears to be rather unsettling.  That is hardly surprising because you have become so conditioned to obeying mindless rules and regulations that when they are removed you feel for a moment quite unsteady.  It is like experiencing a momentary sense of dizziness if you stand up too quickly after a catnap or after your meditation, but it clears quickly as you return to fully conscious alertness.

So, I shall remind you yet again: Love Is . . .  there is nothing else.  Anything that is not in alignment with Love is utterly unreal, and is only seemingly real when you close your hearts, allowing illusions to fill that empty space from which you have chosen to shut out Love.  Open your hearts, invite Love to embrace them and flow through them to all sentient life, and experience the peace and contentment that that open state reveals.

Love is eternally and infinitely peaceful.  When you operate from Love, from your natural state, there is no fear, no anxiety, no conflict, no damaging competitiveness, just glorious and harmonious cooperation.  In that state worries and concerns dissolve because there is no room for them as you are completely filled with Love, and nothing else is sought or needed.  Needs of all kinds are the tools of fear, tools that are now being seen to be broken and irreparable.  In their place lies abundance waiting for your acceptance of it so that it can, by your allowing, dispel all humanity’s needs.

All is in place for your awakening and for your release from the illusion.  When you take your daily time alone in meditation, prayer, or contemplation be sure to remind yourselves that you are never alone, that you are always in the company of your spiritual guides and mentors, who watch over you constantly offering you the love that you have so often sought, with a noticeable lack of success, outside yourselves.  Love is your nature, and you are never separated from It, just temporarily unaware.  Open your awareness, allow Love to embrace you warmly and enthusiastically just as It wants to.

The Eye of the Storm

God said:

When you feel rough, irritated, angry, take a time out. Cause no damage, not to anyone, and that includes no damage to your own heart. Hearts are precious. Hearts need to be spared any kind of assault.

Do you confess that when you are angry, you inflame or even assault your own God-given heart? If you feel devastated, what state is your heart in? Frazzled? Please take better care of your heart. Have regard for all hearts, not the least of which is your own.

Storms pass. Wait until a storm within you passes. You do not want to wreak havoc on other hearts. Please come to terms with your own heart. Make sure it is comfortable. This is a good saying: “To your own heart be true.” Only this saying may not be fully understood.

This saying doesn’t mean to express your heart at any expense. Being true to yourself does not mean to vent yourself. We can truthfully say that when you feel anger, you are not being true to yourself. Why then would you feel justified in expressing a tone that doesn’t belong to your beautiful heart? Anger is an intruder. It is imprudent to express volatile anger to any other.

Am I saying to inhibit your heart? I am saying to wait to express the storm when you are no longer in the eye of the storm. Wait until it passes. Wait until the anger settles down. Then you will spare the world grief.

Anger is not your true nature by any means.

You may not feel wise. Even so, you know that some things are wiser than others. Be wiser than you are when you are hot under the collar. Expressing yourself can wait a while, can’t it? If you are not in your right mind, wait until you are. When you are fit to be tied, you are not in your right mind. Wait until your anger has subsided. It always does. What did you think? Probably you weren’t thinking at all. Wisdom, even a little wisdom, is better than folly.

Anger is a powerful mechanism. Someone pushed your buttons. You felt pushed too far, and you were infuriated. For once in your life, you were going to stick up for yourself. To act when under the influence of fury does not bode well for you. An assailer assails himself no matter who is his punching bag at the moment.

No one makes you angry. You make yourself angry. You are the fuel that lights anger. Your anger belongs to you, and you are the one to quell your flame of anger. You can keep anger going, if you like. Goodness knows, you have done it enough. You have had all the anger practice you need.

Of course, if you are angry or even just piqued, you have good reasons for your upset in your pocket. Of course, you are justified. What I am trying to say is that justification is beside the point. Justification for anger is justification for impatience, haste, and less than courtesy.

I understand how some people get your dander up. They figure that they are an authority on you and know better than you. Here’s an important point, darlings. You do know better than to blow up something even of another’s making, no matter how offending it seems to be or really is. It could be that the others want to get your goat. Maybe this is their power play. Don’t get sucked into their game then. The more difficult others may be, all the more reason for you to cool down and not escalate the situation and your confronting it.

I do not tell you to be a mouse. I do not tell you not to be a raging bull either. I ask you to act wisely. You can always blow up later if you really must. Anger is not to be taken lightly, nor do you have to leap into the fray with both feet.

Dratzo! We come with more good news on the process of delivering the blessings to you. This past week saw a grand series of checkpoints reached. Some amazing events are fated to occur in the coming week. You are actually now on the verge of the beginnings of the various blessings arriving. We are ecstatic that this is indeed the case. When we arrived nearly two decades and a half ago, we were at first surprised at the utter arrogance of the dark forces that were in charge of your many global societies. These individuals seemed totally unwilling to obey the sacred decrees of Heaven. We were informed as well by your Ascended Masters that this lack of concern was the norm for this dark cabal. Our many elders had told us about this and warned us to be ready to enforce the heavenly edicts only when our earthly allies permitted this to happen. This led us into a series of long discussions with our many allies as to why this insanity was still present. We were given a number of talks on what was occurring here. We decided to help our allies only after proper permission was truly given us. This is only changing due to the positive feedback we are presently receiving.

   Over the years, we discovered just how upside-down this global society truly was. Your societies are based on wealth, and especially on power. Money, a very primitive means of exchange for goods, was the growing kingpin of this very odd realm. We immediately asked our earthly allies why the technology to put an end to this nonsense was so suppressed. Our allies provided us with a complete history of power and how the minions were still a vital force here. Our allies told us that the means to transform this was in process. The dark cabal had easily suppressed not only this advanced technology, but as well awareness of our existence. We were told just how these power-mad cabals had made a number of special treaties that permitted the Ancharians to abduct, defile and experiment on their fellows. This planet was a special dark experiment. Over the last 13 millennia, the dark and its chosen minions had convinced the surface humans to believe in their horrible nonsense. This arrangement was ending as chosen star seeds and other Light Beings incarnated into this world.

   The ancient families and the Ascended Masters gradually ameliorated this process. Our part in your vast transformation was to act as the suppliers of needed technologies, and as the special envoys needed to convince the cabal that its days were truly numbered. It took a long time to finally convince the cabal that its power was fading. The past few years have seen our earthly allies slowly gain the upper hand. This is why any such deliveries can now happen. We continue to limit the things the dark cabal wishes to do, either in very near orbital Earth space or near your Moon. In spite of this, the dark continues to hope that a way out of their predicament is still possible. This is why a number of delays have happened over the past few months. Our dedication to our slightly revised mission has finally permitted the dark to relent and allow various prosperity deliveries to occur. Our liaisons are therefore apprising us of many deliveries that are very close to occurring. Hence, we are most happy to advise you that you are indeed on the verge of receiving your blessings!

   Heaven continues to move forward with the special proceedings that are preparing for your final transformation into fully conscious beings. The next set of transformations is to involve a number of important adjustments to your many head chakras. The most vital are additional increases to your Well of Dreams in the back of your head, as well as pineal and pituitary glands. These are to cause some degree of headaches, blurry vision, sleeplessness and even some accumulating fatigue. Your head may at times seem quite heavy. At the same time, you are to become more aware of our medical teams. When you start to barely apply this new head system, you can begin to feel us easily, even when you are asleep. To those who are in a more advanced state, we have instructed our teams to make a very preliminary contact. This mild interaction is to let you know that we are working with your guardian angels, to ready you for contact and for receiving a higher degree of consciousness. The creation by all of us of a new realm has only just begun!

   Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! A pattern of grudging compliance has appeared. The dark cabal realizes that Heaven is winning. Victory over the next time period is readily assured. AEON’s decrees are finally starting to prevail. We are most happy to report that the final tests and necessary proceedings are preparing you to receive a vast array of blessings.    As the dark begins to fade, its bluff is that nothing is happening. Yet around you many vital events are taking place. Gaia is increasing the level by which the seabed rises. The coastal planes are slowly bringing sea life back to a higher level of well-being. You are experiencing the next set of physical transformations. The energy, which keeps this realm together, is increasing in vibration and strength. In whole, this realm is readying itself for the great transformation that is to return all living things to their full potential. This complexity is yet another series of subtle signs. Gaia is, on command by Heaven, ready to move upward and unite both its inner and outer realms again. The division, which lasted for millennium, is to end. Gaia’s changes are to be mirrored on the other living worlds that make up this solar system. The very makeup of this sector of physicality is to be radically altered.

   As Ascended Masters, we look over this magnificent realm and bless this wondrous work. Heaven and the Creator are completing a great prophecy issued eons ago when physicality was first permitted to emerge. Since that time, a series of creations have emerged, one upon the other. We now sit in the sixth of these and divinely watch as each set of events merge with the others. This natural process is something of a wondrous miracle, not only to watch, but also to participate in. Soon you are to join us as this operation molds you properly into physical angels. You are off the wheel of karma and poised to re-enter your old sacred Being. We rejoice at this set of wonders and know that you are being readied for our many instructions. And, in answer to your long question to Me yesterday, if I were to answer, “Okay, okay, I will change life to what you ask,” you might well be flabbergasted and even crestfallen. The wind would be taken out of your sails.

You might think: “What is God thinking? What? Is He conceding that I have made a good speech? What is the matter? Does God think He has lost a court case? Is He abandoning His Godship? Is He giving up His Domain so easily? Is He giving up on us, His children, without a backward glance? Is He withdrawing life from us?”

Beloveds, getting what you ask for is not always what you want.

Oh, yes, you may groan and grumble about life as it is. You may even make a good case for a carefree life given to you by sleight of hand, yet, in the end, what you have asked for -- begged for – isn’t truly your heart’s desire. The fact is that you do want to find your own way to the Land of God, even as exploration and discovery and digging deep aren’t at all what you like to believe you had in mind.

You may have drooled over the easy instant way, and then you are left with your mouth hanging open. You never liked instant mashed potatoes. You never did, did you? And the myriad of revolutionizing instant foods that have cropped up, in your estimation, do not begin to hold a candle to the real thing. How you long for the food your mother or grandmother used to make fresh.

Instant foods are also referred to as convenience foods.

Do you really think you want a convenient enlightenment, one you can pick up off a rack at no cost to you, and everyone has one? An enlightenment you get free? Passed out like penny candy? Yours for the asking?

When you look at life this way, instead of in a complaining way, you would prefer to stand in line for the real thing.

What would be the meaning of a college degree that was printed out at your request without your having to succeed on your own? It’s true that Heaven is granted everyone who leaves the world. This is how it is. While you are on Earth, Heaven is already granted to you, yet you have to get there on your own. There are many signs posted with arrows to Heaven, yet no free passes here on Earth.

The Reality is that you have to have the eyes to see where you are. I already gave you a beautiful world. I didn’t throw you into a jungle. I set you down in a beautiful world, and, from time immemorial, I have asked you: “Tell Me what you see.”

You look around. Wearing your cool sunglasses, you see your life in shambles. You say: “I see a frightful world, God.”

And I say, “Look some more.”

And you come back and say: “The world has always been like this.”

I shake My head and say: “The world you presently see is not the world in front of you.”

Then you say: “How many times do I have to look? For God’s sakes, God, how many times do I have to look?”

And then I shake My head wisely, and answer for you: ”As many times as it takes.”

And then I look you squarely in the eye, and I ask you: “Yes, how many times will it take before you see the beauty I set before you?”

And then you say nothing. Silence is your answer.

If the world is a real-seeming illusion, then suffering is also an illusion. I hear you say to Me:

“God, what difference does it make if my life on Earth is illusion or not when illusion feels real? What difference does it make if my suffering is illusion or not when it feels like honest-to-goodness suffering, and I suffer?

“Give me an illusion of peace then. Let me put in my time on Earth in illusion then. With all due respect to You, God, give me a pleasant illusion. If I am not made for suffering, why, then, do I have it? Make me free of suffering on any basis.

“You tell me that I do not need to suffer. Then, so, why do I? If I’m cut, I bleed. If I am hungry, I am hungry. If I mourn loss, I mourn loss. Do I need to go on? Well, one more thing. You say that if I perceived well enough, I would not suffer. Then give me, I beg You to give me, the perception that it is Yours. Make it mine, I beseech You.

“You say I will get the hang of it, that I will come to know Truth from Illusion. Give me the hang of it and release me from bondage now. Release me from illusion. Remove all pain and agony from me. If You are a God of Love, then show me Love so I love without limit, and that I love once and for all, and I am as You created me to be.

“God, I hear that I live many lifetimes. Do I need so many? Can’t I take a quick course? Please don’t tell me it’s my choice. What I presently live through can’t be my choice.

“I am born into a body with the immediate fear of losing my body. This is the fear of death that hangs over me. Add insult to injury, my beloveds also have the same knife of death hanging over them. Can’t I please be without fear and see as You see? You have no fear. You are sure of Yourself. Does anyone hear my plea for leniency? I claim mercy now. I say, Uncle. I will say anything if only I may be pain-free and loving, not later, not sometime, but right now in this lifetime. Right this minute. No more dangling freedom before me. Now, God, now.

“One more thing, if I may. Don’t tell me I am close to all I desire when a miss is as good as a mile.

“Do I hurt another? I don’t. You say You don’t punish me. I certainly feel like I’m being punished. Even if I am really close to boundlessness, my present life hurts like the dickens. I see no end in sight.

“I am not giving you an ultimatum. I know better than that. I am in no position to offer ultimatums. I wouldn’t do that anyway. I do not play a power game with You, Almighty God.

“It is my wish to comply with You in any and every way You ask.

“Tell me how to release myself from the past and how every day I may be a new wave of blessings. And if I already am, and I don’t see, then give me the gift of seeing, please. I am willing. I am more than willing. I am eager. I want to follow Your Will. God in Heaven, when is my path clear? When do You give me absolution from the present as I experience it?

“Where is Your Heart of God, and where is mine? I understand that You do not discriminate. God, I don’t know anyone who is truly happy. I have to say that unhappiness is the illusion I know. What do I do now?

Messages from “One Who Serves” and Ashira – Questions and Answers

“One Who Serves”
Greetings. This is “One Who Serves” at least one of us. Please know that when I speak there are all of those with me that speak as well, in unison. We are as One. Working as One we can work with you differently than if we were just one. We are a collective. So are the “Guardians” and they are working in this way as well.

And know that as the times come we wish for you more and more to let go of the past. Do not find yourself dwelling in the past for this only holds you to this three dimensional world and this illusion that has been created here.
We also caution you to not only look towards the future. Be expectant, yes. Be hopeful, yes. But do not count on what is coming in the future for your present condition. In this way we are telling you to be in the now. Be here now in the moment you are in and allow each moment to unfold as it will. Because if you do this, each moment that unfolds, as it comes upon you will become a part of this great orchestration and great plan that has been developing here and you being a part of that plan.

So, it is so important for you, as has been said many times, to continue to go with the flow and allow the process to take you. But do not be entirely passive in terms that there is something that comes along and you feel an inclination deep within you to move on that, whatever it might be, then it is important for you to do so. If there is an action required, do it! If there is something you must write, write it! If there is something you must send to someone, send it! Allow the process to work through you and you through the process, you see? This is very important.

Now I will take questions here both I/we and Ashira. We are happy to assist you in any way for the questions you might have.

Question: I was wondering why my friend had dreams of Ascension in 2012 before the December 21, 2012 date of expected Ascension and wonders why he is not having those dreams anymore.

That is directed to Ashira here.
(Ashira): Share with your friend that his experience in 2012 had a specific buildup toward a specific date. Because of that those dreams were occurring but also he was moving through an Ascension process at that time and was “trying” it on for baby steps.

At this point in time he IS having other dreams. He is having dreams about movement. He is having dreams about new locations. He is having dreams about moving to new homes. He is having dreams about exploring new places. In these dreams he is expanding his consciousness as he is trying the movement into the new person, the new consciousness, the Ascended being,

Assure him that it is not that he is no longer having those Ascension dreams but they have changed. This will help him to look at his dreams with less expectancy for a specific date where they are creating a false expectation, which could happen at this point in time as things move forward. It allows him to be more in the moment that he is living and also allows him to see these dreams that he is having as expansive dreams, Ascension dreams that have different pictures for him to view. Will that be of assistance?

Question: This same friend is having a lot of trouble with his teeth and his stomach. Is there anything going on with that?

(Ashira): I am absolutely happy to answer this. Last week I shared information about what to expect in the physical body as the energy continues to rev up. This one, (Susan), has had many days of diarrhea. The reason is the time in the Ascension process that the body is being allowed to release the past.

We also discussed last week that, part of the issues around teeth, are releasing old belief systems, rooted deeply belief systems. In order for him to move forward he is having these things brought up for him. It is causing some fear because he is not accustomed to experiencing these types of ailments. His body has been a pretty finely tuned machine that has operated smoothly and effortlessly for a good long time. And now there is a fear that says, “Oh my God! I am reaching (xyz) years and all of sudden I am falling apart!”

And so he is fighting with his belief system. On one hand his belief system says, “We are eternal beings, we are young, we can determine how we feel in our bodies and our bodies will respond.” That is battling, “Oh my God, I am X amount of years and I am getting old!” That is an old belief system and one that is rooted deeply in the mind.

What we would share with all of you because teeth pain is coming up in a lot of people. Indeed, there may be infection that is associated with this. We are not going to deny that this is an imaginary pain but know that as these are being taken care of and remedied what is being released are some very deeply held belief systems.

There are also many people with headaches, with sinus problems, problems with their throats, problems with erratic heart palpitations. These are all related to the chakra systems. Problems with the digestive tract.
As these energies continue to come in, your bodies are becoming more and more refined. You have less density. You are moving into that crystalline formation. Those things that are part of the 3D body are passing through. Those things that are part of the 3D experience from negative emotions need to pass through. They pass through the digestive system that is your “waste management” system for your body. They pass through the stomach, the intestines and out of the body cleansing your body fully and completely.
Is this a pleasant experience? Not always. We know that. But if there can be the slightest shift in the perception about this it will help! All of you in this room are excited about the crystalline bodies, about whole health, about all of these things. Part of this process at this moment in time in your existence is this cleansing and releasing.

Some may feel dizzy, some may feel cold, some may feel this or that. Instead of buying into the thought process that “I am sick,” Or, “I am old,” Remind yourself, “I AM a spiritual being going through the Ascension process. I WELCOME this! We know this is hard but it is a suggestion. It will help you to reinforce the positive of these times. As opposed to fretting over what is “wrong”.
Does that make sense? Do you think he will understand?

Question: I am wondering if this contact I have made to get my books re-published.

(One Who Serves): That is a realm we normally do not tend to enter here in terms of a psychic nature what is coming and that type of thing but understand that as you work in various endeavors that you are working within now that all things that happening in your life now and those things that you are drawing or attracting to your life are all part of this orchestration that is going on that we keep speaking about.

So, if you are allowing for the process, whatever that might be, to take hold and allow for this attraction process to occur. As we said earlier, not living in the past and not only focusing on what is coming in the future but being in the now, you will have your answer. Just be in the present moment, allow for the orchestration to take hold and all will be as it needs to be. “It is what it is” as the James is fond of saying.

Does this help here? Maybe not the direct answer you were looking for but several of you know here how we operate. We are not here to provide a show for you in terms of being the Gypsies or anything of this nature. You see? If it feels right within you, you will know you are on the right track!

Question: When will we know that is time for the healing chambers to come?

(One Who Serves): You will know when they are coming when they are here. That is really the only way we can answer this because we have worked with the time thing here in the past and that, as you know, did not go very well. So, we tend not to operate in that area any more.

But as things start to develop, the City of Light, the Light Chambers, the Crystal Chambers, all of this, it is already here. It is not a point that it is coming as it is already here now. It only needs to manifest into your existence. And you into its’. And that is important, that your vibration must match the vibration of what is coming. You see?

Question; Should we visualize that happening? Does that help?

(One Who Serves): Yes. Of course it does. This is what we have been working with you on, is it not? Going here, Going there, Taking these trips? It is not just for our entertainment. You are being trained. You are being worked with so that you can assist others when the times come, when the frequency is right. You are operating at the fifth dimensional vibration by doing this.

Question: I saw colors in the sky as I drove home Friday and I felt that I had messages from the Guardians as I drove home. Was that a message from the Guardians?

(One Who Serves): We are both going to answer this one. You are experiencing the coming of the Guardians and the manifestation that they are providing. This was told to all of you the last time here by the “Guardian of the New Dispensation” that this would be. To look at the sky and see the colors coming through the clouds that are not normally there. But you must understand that all may look up but not all will see this. It is only for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear at this present time, moment and frequency here. You see? Ashira?

(Ashira): The reason colors don’t show up (in her photos she tried take) for all is because they are fifth dimensional colors. Those who have eyes to see will be able to see those colors. And yes, as the Guardians connect with each of you, which they will because you have merged with them, your energy is their’s and their energy is your’s. That started, of course, last week and as this starts to move forward more and more, those who have ears to hear their voices as they converse with you.

You are able to connect with many, many besides the Guardians. As you are inspired to look up and see a brilliant display of lights it is for you at that moment but also, each and every one in this room has that same opportunity to experience what you are experiencing. Perhaps you have called in a Guardian and you see a sign in the heavens that they have showed up but does that not mean that another could be on that same road and be called to look up as well? Perhaps that one could see the same sign!
They will show themselves to you in many different ways. They have come to be present on the planet but they have connected with those in this room in a very special way.

(One Who Serves): We also wish to add here that which we are speaking of is also for those who read these words. We know these discourses and question/answer periods go out to many thousands of individuals around the world and it is important that as you read these words and if you resonate to them, that is the important thing, that they are meant for you as well.

Question: When I am home alone I hear a sound like a bell but we don’t have a bell. I was wondering if it is my imagination or is there another explanation?

(Ashira): Thank you so much for chiming in today. We wish to share with you that this is a sound that is actually meant to bring comfort for you. It is meant to bring comfort in the absence of your husband so that you might feel safe, sound and secure.

What we would suggest is that you say thank you! If you would like a different sound ask those who are there with you. These are being provided by those who surround you with love, your guides, your angels, all of those you pray to, all of those who fill your home with love and protection.
It is not in your imagination. Remember, we do not think of the imagination as something bad. Imagination is those things placed within you for joy. This sound is to bring you security and to know that you are surrounded with perfect love. They ring the bell to get your attention but now that you have spoken this outward, it will not be repeated as often because they know you have gotten the message.
Be in gratitude and know that this is a message that brings you love and comfort. Does that make sense?

Question: When I am here in the room during meditation I seem to go somewhere else. I hear parts of the meditation but I don’t remember all of it. Am I blocking an experience?

(One Who Serves): Yes. What you are experiencing is what many experience when they work in this area of meditation. They are attempting to do things that are foreign to them. All of you have done these types of meditations before. Many of you have done them before by going deeply into a cave, or a monastery, or something of this nature and doing those experiences more from the eastern area of the world as opposed to this western area.

So as you do these meditations here you tend to let go more than someone else might who is experiencing this style more in this time and not so much in the past. You see? For you to be in judgment of yourself one way or another is not going to be helpful. Rather we would say just let go and have the experience and let it be whatever it is. You see? And not try to put anything on it that makes it positive or negative. Does this make sense?

Question: So I am not really falling asleep. There is a part of me that is getting it? Yes. Anything to add, Ashira?

(Ashira): I was simply going to say that you cannot do it wrong so don’t worry about it.

(One Who Serves): There is no wrong or right. When you come into the higher vibrations on a permanent basis you will completely understand that statement.

Question: I want to move closer to my children and grandchildren but I keep having fear come up that blocks my actions. Is this a real fear?

(One Who Serves): Now you understand why you are having those teeth
problems. This decision making thing you have going on here, you can’t sink your teeth into it.

Just allow for the process. Again, it is always this. Allow for this orchestration to take effect here whatever it might be. Go with the flow. Allow the stream to take you as it will. But know that as this is happening you are a part of this yourself. It is not something outside of you, manipulating you. It is your own Higher Self that is providing this direction for you to go in.

As you know we cannot say directly which direction to go in, should you go or should you stay or anything of this nature. That is not for us. But it is for you and deeply within yourself to allow for this process to occur.

Question: I have been trying to visualize a better health for myself. I am not having success. Can you help me?

(Ashira): Did you hear me explain earlier that many people are experiencing what they see as illness? These are times when the energy is very high and people are experiencing many pains, many reactions, many symptoms that would seem to be illness. What we would suggest to you during these times is to take in as much as you can of pure, clean water, also juices that will help de-toxify, help cleanse the system such as pure cranberry and pure apple juices and for you to allow the process.
Know that the sinuses flow because they are cleansing. They are cleansing those things that you are taking in through breathing, those things known as chemtrails that bring things into your sinus cavities; sinuses flowing with clear discharge are a sign of cleansing.

Headaches can be caused by the cleansing, the pulling of the mucous from the sinus cavities. This can cause pains behind the eyes, they cause pains in your teeth.

You can have sore throats from that same mucous that flows into your stomach. And then as the stomach and intestines have been working overtime to cleanse the body, they take this toxin filled mucous that has been flowing down from the head to push them down and out of the body.
During these times you can feel fever. You can feel body aches. You can feel shakes. All of these things are aspects of you growing and being more whole and more happy!

When you meditate on allowing, simply allow that greater health to flow into you. Use the methods we utilize here. As opposed to simply “seeing” a healthier you, invite that white light to come into your body. Meditate in that way. Allow the healing energy of the universe to fill you, every cell, every organ, every part of your being, your bones, your muscles, your tissues with vibrant radiant white light. This will continue to help to bring balance to your body. It will continue to bring health to your body. And, call that which you now call illness, call it cleansing. As you continue to allow your body to cleanse you allow your body to rise in vibration and move more into this crystalline state with a higher frequency. Does that make sense? Bless you.

Any further questions here before we release channels? Then we will release this one, James. Know as you continue to move on in whatever direction you are going in always allow for that process to occur. Allow for yourself to be deeply guided within yourself. Do not go against it. Whenever you feel the chills or the goosebumps or palpitations or anything of this nature, this is your guidance, it is the small wee whisper within you that is directing you. So allow for that process to occur.

Much of what I was to discuss at the end has been raised in questions today for we wanted to address the physical issues again. We know that the energies now are raising higher and higher every day. We know that these bodies you live in are experiencing these symptoms moment to moment.
We would say too, be in the NOW moment. If fear arises it may not be the time to make a decision. And as you continue to paint the world that you want on that screen in front of your eyes know that you are creating that world moment to moment.

Pay no attention to things that may come from left field or right field or any other direction that might knock you off course. Stay the course and be the one you are, a magnificent, powerful Human who is having this existence as this point in time because you are meant to be one of those who make the changes first to help others. Yes, I used the word Human. It is not a bad thing. It is something that is changing. It is something that is moving forward.

And you, as a Human, are part of this enormous Human Being body and you have an important part to play within it.
