Sananda:  A Just New World Sananda: You are going to see the RV in a matter of days, at last.  As you know, there were several times when we thought it would go through, but obstacles intervened.  In the interim, the world has changed.  We now are in a much better position to have an orderly and uncomplicated exchange for the people, without worries that the banks will be able to steal your blessings with hidden fees, threats and secret small print. It is truly a new day, Beloved Ones.  Everywhere the Light is permeating the darkness, in the corners where the shadows have lingered for generations.  Even in the Middle East where the dictators threaten and plot to maintain their power, the people on the ground are no longer taking them seriously.  There will be a few skirmishes, then peace will settle upon the land once and for all.  We are overjoyed to see the many places where soldiers are finding it less and less appealing to follow a hotheaded despot into battle.  The news will not be found on your media, but I assure you that the conflicts in the world are diminishing, and a new feeling of hope has begun to spread across the globe. Around the world you are also seeing changes in the leaders of major powers, who are taking new initiative to combine forces against the banking Cabal which has had a stranglehold on Europe and the United States for hundreds of years.  Unfortunately, there will be an interim during which much reorganization will be required, and it may cause some upset in the American psyche to find themselves lagging behind during the restructuring of financial and legal systems.  If you are prepared by knowing this, you will ride it out joyfully, without fear, and you will lead others to do the same. This is a complex and delicate process.  It is being orchestrated behind the scenes with great care and concern for the stability of the countries which are now receiving a jolt of reality as the dark systems are being dismantled.  It is a difficult position for the leaders of the "free world" to have to walk the fine line between protecting their people who would be the first to be affected by a major shift in the financial systems, and preserving the system which keeps the majority enslaved to the few who have been in control. As much as we are looking forward to the shift which will return the power to the people, these are the very same people who will be most affected in the short term by economic upheaval.  Those in the middle and working classes who manage to keep going with little in the way of savings or long-term security are most vulnerable.  This is why it is so important that the revaluation of currencies provide the means for Lightworkers to offer a buffer with their personalized efforts to protect and provide for those in need when the changes take place.  There is no governmental agency which can provide as quickly and as personally when real need arises. Yes, it is you, Beloved Ones, who will stand as the safety net for your neighbors and family members who find themselves in temporary difficulty because of the massive shifts and changes.  You are resourceful, creative and most original in your abilities to act spontaneously with good will when the occasion arises.  Your attitude of wanting so much to help out and to be there when others are in need will come to fruition in the days ahead.  You will become the mainstay of happily administered programs to bring good food, shelter and great comfort to those who are frightened by the changes - those who know nothing about the Ascension, except that they have been feeling the opening up as well. It will be suddenly easier to accomplish the things that were so troublesome and difficult in the past because of red tape and bureaucratic foot-dragging.  Those who are suddenly powerless to help or to hinder those who used to be completely at their mercy will find themselves unseated from their positions of power over others.  From the smallest motor vehicle office to the largest social services facility, it will become clear that a bureaucracy which creates obstacles for their clients rather than serving them does not deserve to exist. Your leaders have a wider range view of national and international conditions than you do, Dear Ones, since you are completely deprived of accurate reports from within your own countries as well as from abroad.  In fact, those reading these messages are far more informed of the real conditions in the world than any TV watcher.  I will give you an example. It has been the clever campaign from the dark side over the past 40 years or so to revile everything having to do with "government," blaming big government for all the ills, debts and problems in the nation.  This was a clever ploy to deflect the rage away from themselves, the secret government which was siphoning off taxpayer money by the trillions of dollars, while programs which would provide for infrastructure, education and social services became the target of blame.  Their real fear was that those in Congress who refused to knuckle under to their bribes and their demands might actually be able to stand between them and their profits. There have been courageous elected officials who used what small influence they had to make the public aware of the disastrous misuse of funds and the takeover of the elected government by the manipulators and propaganda generators who loudly forced themselves into every discussion, every attempt to place regulations or boundaries on their freewheeling greed and the laissez-faire policies which protected them.  It has truly been a secret Gilded Age, unbeknownst to the general public, who, directed by the propaganda machine, blame their elected officials. In the midst of this downward slide into a free-for-all greed fest, the Supreme Court of the U.S. allowed the "Citizens United" law to stand (really the euphemism for Corporations United), permitting nearly unlimited amounts of money to be used to buy new politicians so that they could rid themselves of the bothersome renegades who insisted on questioning the EPA, FDA, FAA, FBI, HAARP, the CIA and other arms of the cabal which were operating mostly outside the control of the elected government, including the President.  A richly funded attack campaign featuring historically unprecedented slander, lies and brazen accusations of wrong-doing where none existed has become so constant and so cleverly constructed that the population has become unable to distinguish fact from fiction. Note that these attacks are not funded by the usual political fundraising but are created by anyone with enough money to buy airtime and enough anonymity to say anything they want without regard for decency or the preservation of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."  They are entirely motivated by self-interest and personal gain. These underhanded tactics are not new; they are however newly approved by the federal government under the name of free speech for corporations and self-interest groups, which now have more protection than individuals.  In fact it is the individuals who are the focus of these attacks who have the least in the way of truth-finding support or the means to counteract the onslaught. Why do I bring these things to your attention?  Because there are good people under attack in every area of life, as the cabal plays out its last gasp.  I have always been a defender of Truth and one who stands for those who are most vulnerable.  Now, the attacks have become more public, and therefore more widely experienced.  A kind of numbness has allowed acceptance of the most outrageous manipulation of information and reinterpretation of "facts."  The anonymity of the media and the internet have allowed an unprecedented veil between the accuser and the accused, to the extent that most libel and slander goes unaddressed and uncorrected. There is a rule of thumb which I want you to consider.  The brighter the Light, the more resentment and bile is likely to be directed toward that person.  The goal is to cast doubt on the person's integrity and credibility, and the more extreme the allegation, the more believable it seems.  Beware, Beloved Ones, that you not be caught up in the lure of the outrageous.  It is a strategy which has been used to great effect recently. The more outlandish the "expose," the more it titillates the imagination and places the seed of doubt.  For instance, Obama is a Muslim who was not born in the U.S.  There is proof, because the accusation has been repeated thousands of times.  His wife is really a man in drag.  Photoshopped pictures prove it.  A plane hit the World Trade Center, because an animated video shows an airplane melting into the building rather than actually hitting it.  If it is shown enough times, with a voice-over describing something else, people learn to suspend judgment and believe what they are told. How often have you been told that someone you initially admired and trusted was actually a puppet for the cabal, or under the influence of the dark side, or has lost their mind or their courage or their heart? Here is what it means to use good judgment under such circumstances. (Judgment is not a bad thing, by the way.  It does not make you mean or judgmental.  It means you are making wise choices. It is the effective use of intelligence and Heart.)  First, free yourself from the prejudice against making a reasonable judgment; it is how you protect yourself and others.  Before you begin fact-checking or asking others whether they believe the accusation or innuendo, ask yourself:  What does this person have to gain by invalidating the one they are pointing at?  How much do they have to lose if they do not discredit the person they are trying to tarnish in your eyes?  Is there money at stake, or is it an issue of power?  Why are they using a negative approach - disparaging the other - rather than demonstrating their own skills and competence? And most importantly, why have you all, as a culture, come to accept the negative approach to winning a point, or defeating an opponent?  Why is it ever acceptable to accuse without evidence, to weave fantastical insinuations based on hearsay (which was once inadmissible as evidence for anything)?  You call it being tried in the court of public opinion.  It is no different from public stoning in the village square. It is a misdeed which should bring dishonor to the aggressor, not the accused. As we work with you from the Higher Dimensions to bring an end to the dark days of old, we are here to help you, you who will be the creators of the new Planet Earth, to free yourselves from these contrivances of injustice, lest you allow it to hold you in lower vibration.  If you have even once taken part in a gossip-fest or a public trial by accusation, you must sit down with yourself, take yourself in hand, and reach deeply into your heart to ask forgiveness of the one you have dishonored.  Ask yourself if you have contributed to the negativity by remaining silent, increasing the energy of the attack by entertaining it in your thoughts, or by spreading the word, sending doubt and fear outward to poison trust, placing yourself in alignment with something dark and destructive. There is a New Age device which is often used to cover up meanness.  A person sends a letter of insults, accusing their former friend of being a fraud, a cheat and a charlatan, then signs the letter with "I send you love, that you may be able to change/awaken/see the light."  This nonsensical juxtaposition is anything but loving. If you wish to send someone love, just send it from your heart, with kindness and joy behind it, and say nothing.  Do not take it upon yourself to create pain - it will only drive the person toward defensiveness if they are truly of bad character, or it will invite damage to the person of Light if they are innocent.  You are not a God who condemns.  Instead, be yourself.  Your most loving, kind and uplifting self. You have the power, Beloved Ones, to create or to destroy.  You live still under the agreement of free will.  You are therefore adding your energy always to the Light or the Dark.  Be aware, be mindful, be focused always on the highest and greatest good, which is Love. I come to you as the one who has known injustice, and the one who has known God. It is now our time to turn the wheel full circle, to embrace our just and loving hearts, to fulfill our destiny as those who create anew, never to return to the dark ploys and ruses which intended failure of every endeavor, every relationship and every effort to rise up. We will overcome darkness by being Light; we will join together because we gain strength and joy from each other's Love.  We will build our New World on a foundation of kindness, not conflict, divisiveness or war.  Ours will be a labor of Love, and its fruits will be Unity. TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR DESTINY

              Beloved masters, shall we continue the review of some of our most important teachings of the past?  It is vital that you have the major objectives of the ascension process firmly entrenched within your memory bank. You are currently in the process of integrating the next appropriate level of Creator Light, with the assistance of your OverSoul intelligence. Connecting with and integrating the many facets of your fifth-dimensional Self will ultimately result in a new biological blueprint of creation.

            Your Divine Birthright includes all the gifts, talents, attributes and virtues of Creation.  They are free-yours for the taking.  However, you must earn them through your own efforts, and then share your integrated wisdom with those on the Path behind you. The wise ones / the masters of the Earth and the initiates on the Path have spent countless time and effort to bring forth their talents, and to gain the wisdom they share with everyone who is a seeker of wisdom.  Their mission is to make the journey or the task of gaining Self-mastery easier, and they deserve remuneration for their efforts.  There must be an abundance exchange. You must put forth the time and effort yourself--or you must compensate those who pave the way for you by supplying you with the advanced wisdom teachings of the higher realms. You must lift your ideas and goals to the highest frequencies possible, thereby making them refined ideals which will benefit all humanity.
            The awakening process entails moving through the many levels of the astral (emotional) plane.  Your goal is to center yourself within the mental plane of consciousness. At the appropriate time, a disciple on the Path slowly moves beyond physical family duties and responsibilities as his/her consciousness, wisdom and Light increase. Gradually, the aspirant's influence increases, as does his/her potential to become a World Server.  It takes constant and deliberate effort to tame the ego and to gain the knowledge and expertise required to become a World Server.  You must be an outstanding example, and also have the ability to excite and stimulate desire for spiritual wisdom, in order to serve humanity as a guiding Light. An en-Lighten-ed teacher offers the truth as it has been revealed to him/her, and also the opportunity for their students to accept or reject the teachings.
So many of you are having difficulty in discovering your mission or your passion, and so you drift through your days in inertia.  You continue to do nothing, making no attempt whatsoever to initiate positive changes in your life.  Not everyone is meant to teach the masses or become a world figure.  It is those of you who are quietly going about your daily duties, as you make small steady improvements within yourselves while radiating the Love/Light of Creation down into the Earth and out into the world, who are making the most dramatic impact on the earthly negative environment.  We are seeking World Servers at a grass-roots level. Each and every one of you is needed to help lift and refine the collective consciousness of the masses.
            As you go through the trials, tests and challenges of transformation, we wish to offer encouragement to those of you who are feeling helpless and fear there is no way out of the dilemma in which you find yourselves. Won't you open your minds to the possibility that there is help available from the realms of Godly existence, and that there is a new way of thinking and a more refined way of living available to you? 
            You pray and often beg in desperation for assistance; however, if it does not come in a form you are comfortable with, you deny and reject it. Prayers are always answered.  Prayers asking for the greatest good manifest as miracles large and small, and open the path for a life of ease and grace.  Prayers of the ego desire-body are answered by allowing you to seek your own solutions, which are manifested from your misconceptions and inappropriate actions. The lessons of life are learned by experiencing what you have created.  The ego attracts disharmony and dissatisfaction, and it causes the seeker to look outside of self for solutions and gratification. You must learn to pray with the purity of your heart and with intentions of the highest order. As you raise your Light quotient, you will increase the magnetic attraction of the heart.  You must learn to receive the abundance bestowed upon you with thanksgiving and a grateful heart.
            Why not start your mission statement by listing the negative things in your life you would like to change? Begin with several small changes in your life, and remember, you must begin with yourself. We assure you that if you make a concerted effort, and use the tools we have given you, you will begin to see dramatic changes in your life.  We ask you to put us to the test. With an open mind, study some of the basic concepts we have given, and slowly but faithfully, implement into your daily life those that you resonate to most strongly.  Give us permission to guide and inspire you, and by doing so, you will have the forces of Heaven behind you. You can only fail if you give up, beloveds.
            Time is of the essence, for it is very apparent that the fear and anger of the masses, the power of the forces of nature, and the Earth changes/cleansing are accelerating and increasing in intensity every day.  There is an intense polarization building between the various factions, not just in isolated places around the world, but in every country, involving every race, culture, religion and political affiliation.   We have told you that the chasm between the Light and the shadowlands is widening, and it is very apparent from both a lofty and earthly viewpoint.  We see clearly the areas that are being bathed in the Living Light, thanks to you, the faithful Sentinels of Light.  We also see the swirling whirlwinds of negativity and chaos building in a multitude of countries, provinces, cities, towns, neighborhoods and even among families around the world.
            If you are caught up in the rhetoric of the worldwide news media, you cannot help but be aware that there is a feeding frenzy of negativity being spewed out into the airways and consciousness of those who are receptive to the distorted messages of sensationalism and separation. Fear of deprivation, anger at rulers, leaders and the government, and an indignant sense of entitlement to goods and services, without personal responsibility, are symptomatic of the intense fear of change that is taking place within every area of the world and within the human consciousness.
            It is time for the next step in the ascension process to begin, and many of the advanced aspirants on the Path are already becoming proficient and engrossed in the procedures.  At this time, there is no question that those who are in any way advanced in spiritual consciousness are having their awakening/evolution process hastened as never before in the history of the world, in order that they may act as transmitters and interpreters of Universal Law and Cosmic Truth.
            You, the aspirants on the Path, are becoming proficient at building and using multiple Pyramids of Light / Power in the fifth dimension as you slowly but surely become acclimated to a lower fifth-dimensional environment. You have opened the pathways to the Cities of Light so that you can gradually incorporate higher and more refined frequencies of Light.  You are also preparing yourselves to interact on a regular basis with the many facets of your Higher Self and the great Beings of Light.
            The call of reunification is beginning for many of you, whereby your highly developed Soul Song is reaching various members of your God Self. As you refine your vibrational patterns and your Energetic Signature reaches a certain level of harmony, your Soul Song will begin to reverberate out into and through the fourth, into the fifth and for some of you, possibly even into the sixth dimensions, and very gradually into the auric fields of some of the Soul Fragments of your Higher Self.  Slowly, as these blessed facets of your Self become aware of you, they will begin the process of moving into alignment with you.  Those whose resonance is lower than yours will fall into line below you, and those who are on the Path ahead of you will slowly move into the column of Light above you.  You will also be moving laterally, as well as higher, into the refined realms as all of the fragments of your  I AM Presence gradually begin the process of moving closer and closer to your central column of Divine Light. 
            For some of you this information will be confusing; however, many of you are experiencing this process in varying degrees during your nightly sojourns or in meditation.  Therefore, we wish to give you a basic understanding of what is taking place at the various levels of the ascension process. 
            As you study and delve into the mysteries of Cosmic Truth, you will build a reservoir of knowledge which you can draw upon when needed.  Also, as you gain access to your Sacred Mind, it will seem as if you have tapped into a Cosmic source of information; however, in the beginning, it will be your own ancient, extensive past that has been made available to you. You will become increasingly sensitive to ideas, concepts and complex information, and you will gain the ability to tap into this rich storehouse of information at will. 
            We encourage you to study each of the important points below, until you have a comprehensive understanding of its meaning, so that you may decide if the concept is valid for you. You may then make an intelligent decision as to whether or not you wish to integrate the knowledge, and then claim it as part of your core truth. Discernment is vitally important as you replace your old out-dated, restrictive beliefs with new, higher frequency, and expanded conscious awareness.  It is the way of a Self-master. 

• The focused gaze of humanity is being lifted out of the stifling quagmire of earthly existence onto the far-distant horizon of the future.  Desire for material riches is being replaced with a yearning for Soul consciousness.
• Focused intelligence is necessary to successfully enter the many sub-planes of the fifth dimension so that you may tap into the vast storehouse of wisdom and advanced abilities available therein.
• World Servers will be held together by a strong Soul connection-a remembrance of a solemn oath to serve humanity, with a common goal of ascending in consciousness.
• Heart-felt prayers of gratitude and supplication for the greatest good of all, along with Soul-focused meditation must become the accepted form of communing with our Father/Mother God and the great Beings of Light.
• Vast numbers of Souls, who are still functioning within the illusion of the third- / fourth-dimensional environment, are gradually awakening to the nudgings of their Soul-self as they move beyond the influence of the mass consciousness belief structure. 
• It is vitally important that you gain control of the ego-personality and the sub-conscious mind, so that the Over-Soul/ Higher Self may begin to radiate forth its wisdom to your Soul-self.
• It was preordained that facets/Sparks of the angelic kingdom and of other great Beings of Light would incarnate on Earth, and follow the path of humans.
• Portals of initiation were opened and have remained open down through the Ages. However, in the past, only a few brave Souls made it past theOpen Door and gained Self-mastery.

            As you evolve and become skillful at sharing your wisdom with others, you will become increasingly sensitive to the subtle messages, concepts and ideas from your guides, teachers, angelic helpers, and the en-Lighten-ed masters from the higher realms. When you have turned the information you have garnered into wisdom, and have become a living example of each new, advanced level of consciousness, you will then be qualified to teach the concepts to others. You must experience that which you teach and become a shining example, which is the most effective way to get the attention of others.
            Remember, my brave ones, in every era and major cycle, Cosmic Wisdom and Divine Truth are made available to those with open minds and loving hearts. Submission to the Will of our Father/Mother God means adherence to the Universal Laws as they are revealed to you.  A Self-master always strives to make the highest choices, has a burning desire to serve others, and is always responsible for their own actions. God said:

Light of My Heart, your flame never goes out. You are this instance, and you are this instance of My Love. You are this instant, and you are at My insistence, well, more like at My desire. Insistence and Will seem willful. You are My Will, yet you are more than that.

I call you to Me. I call you to Me as My Pleasure. What else could you be to Me but My Pleasure? Let your regard for Me also be like My regard for you. You are My Tenderness. You are the Sweetness of Life. I savor you. I favor you. You are Mine, and that means that I am yours as well. Ownership does not exactly apply. Freedom to love applies.

Will suggests a force. Only where weakness is would force ever be thought of. There is no happiness in force, beloveds. There is happiness in willingness. Willingness is good. Willingness is saying Yes. Say Yes, beloveds. Be the open door to Heaven. Be the pedal that opens the Gates to Heaven. Of course, there are no gates to close Heaven, as if there ever could be. I open My arms wide to you, for My arms are never closed, nor are the Gates of Heaven ever closed, nor are there gates to close nor can there ever be. Heaven cannot be closed. There is no obstruction to Heaven. Heaven is so wide, there is no way to plug it. We are talking about no gates, no fences, no pot holes, no objections. Heaven is just Heaven, pure and simple, and Heaven has been waiting for you. I have opened all the windows of which there are none as well. I speak in metaphors, beloveds.

There is a lot to be said for knowing where you are. You like to know you are Home. You are surely Home with Me, beloveds. We havetete-a-tetes all the metaphorical time. We have heart-to-heart talks all the time. There are no secrets between us. It’s just that sometimes you forget, yet you do not forget forever. It is a little thing to remember. You’re almost right on the brink of remembering.

Heaven likes to be remembered. You like to be remembered, don’t you? I remember you always because I cannot forget you. From the day of your inception, I have thought of you. I think of you all the time. Yet, all of this time is the blink of an eye. I live in timelessness, and there is no way I can forget you in timelessness, forget you, who are My very bloodstream.

I can’t forget rose blossoms, and I cannot forget you. You are caught up in My day and My Heart. You are the fruit of My day. You are exactly the exultation that I desire. I relish you. My love goes far. There is nowhere that My love does not go. There is never a millisecond that My love does not go out and pour upon you. Not even in what you might call the worst moments of your life am I anywhere but right here. I am right here. Where are you? You always have been right here, too, as you are right here with Me now. There is no distance to reach. There is nowhere where you are not, and no when that We ever are not together, and, yet, just the same, there is no time, and there is no space.

You and I are One Eternal Being, and that never changes.

Acknowledging Your Dark Side by Archangel Metatron

It is with great unconditional love that I present my consciousness and energy to you now, surrounding and embracing you completely in the divine vibrations of the Creator.

Something marvellous is occurring upon the Earth at this time and more importantly within the souls and energies of humanity. People are being encouraged to acknowledge their dark side, to give the darkness of any form, that they may hold onto, space within their beings to be heard and to be observed. As the darkness arises it can create chaos as it influences and tries to control thoughts, perspectives, opinions and even actions. The darkness seems to turn your divine and acknowledged alignment to the Creator upside down, manifesting feelings of fear, stress, loss, anger and confusion. The truth is that you are now in a space of power as you exist in the space of love within you and so you as well as humanity are ready to deal with and face the darkness so it may surface and be released eternally. In fact your dark side simply wishes to be acknowledged after being ignored and striving to influence or control you to gain your attention, it simply wishes to be in your prese nce as you give it your consideration.

Your dark side is an aspect of yourself that rejects love, is fearful of love and doesn’t want to be loved by you, others or the Creator. It is the part of your being that fears the love of the Creator, this fear can manifest for numerous reasons but it stems from the pain of the separation of the soul from the Creator. Separation and the experience of existing without the Creator consciousness and recognition that is your truth becomes familiar even though it is but a moment in your soul’s journey upon the Earth. The grip you have upon your physical reality and personality could be recognised as your dark side because it is holding you back in recognising your unity and oneness with the Creator.

While your dark side is fearful of being loved due to a fear of change and the constant flow of the Creator, your dark side is a part of your being that wishes so deeply to be loved completely, absolutely and eternally. The part of you that so desperately wishes to be loved and accepted could be recognised as your dark side because your need to be loved and accepted hinders your realisation that you are already that which you seek.

Your dark side and the dark sides of humanity, negativity, pain and harmful energies have always been feared in the past, allowing such energies whether small or large to hinder the growth of the light, soul and love within your being. As we enter and exist in the Era of Love you are able to recognise that you are supported by love, you exist as love and you believe in love therefore you can face any form of darkness without fear but with a heart overflowing with love which empowers your entire being giving you heightened strength and loving power. Now you can give space to your dark side or aspect observing without attachment, reaction or anxiety. This is a very powerful space for you and humanity to be in as it means that true healing can now take place at a conscious level allowing all aspects of your being to be purified to further recognise the Creator within your being.

Many of you will have numerous explanations and descriptions of what your dark side is, it is your fears, your ego, your anger, your pain, your doubt, a past lifetime? It is important to acknowledge that your dark side whatever you recognise it to be is present with you for a reason. It is actually more sacred and special than the pure love of your being because your dark side is a catalyst for deeper Creator recognition. If you can work with your dark side free from attachment and reaction then you will be shown a gateway into the deeper truth and love which is the Creator within your being. Many of you who focus upon your light, love and divine essence may not be willing to recognise that you have a dark side to your being, this is of course true, as the dark or negative aspects of your being are just an illusion but they are also tools of spiritual evolution and growth. It is time to recognise that your dark side isn’t bad or evil but can simply be limitations tha t hinder your realisation of the Creator. In truth your dark side simply fears love and yet yearns love with desperation. This doesn’t mean that it is negative or even dark but is an aspect of yourself that requires attention, tenderness, gentleness and of course unconditional love.

Are you ready to accept the aspect or aspects of yourself that fear and yearn the love of the Creator simultaneously?

The answer is that you are ready and in fact all of humanity is ready as these aspects of your being are being shown to you with such vividness but now you have the tools as if you have progressed to a level of consciousness and awareness to realise that many illusions are present which simply require healing, a new perspective and the abundant forgiving love of the heart. The real question is are you ready to exist in a reality detached  from the energies that arise within you, not allowing yourself to believe that negative emotions, feelings or thoughts belong to you even if you have created, projected and held onto them.  This time upon the Earth is such a powerful time of healing because it is as if you are all graduating to new levels of spiritual evolution, facing your fears and what could be labled your dark side will only create greater freedom, happiness and bliss within your reality and being.

At this time the key areas to focus upon are, to heal your fear of love and to heal your yearning to be loved by the Creator, both are healed through the acceptance of your own unconditional love projected to yourself gently and peacefully to instigate and inspire the necessary vibrations and beliefs to fall away, thus you unlock the love within your being and experience it more fully. Both the fear of the Creator’s love and the yearning for the Creator’s love are actually an aspect of yourself not wishing to feel, sense and acknowledge yourself as a complete being of love. Your spiritual evolution and ascension is a journey of you allowing yourself to experience the completeness of your love, each small step reveals the eternal presence and support of your love to you for deeper understanding and recognition.

Here is an invocation that I feel supports you in experiencing that which I am sharing;

‘I now completely and absolutely love myself, especially all aspects of myself that I recognise as my dark side. In my recognition of my complete love within my being I dissolve all fears of love, being loved and the influence of the Creator’s love. I now allow myself to embrace the Creator’s love. I dissolve all feelings of yearning for love of any form as I know the complete love of the Creator exists within me and is a fountain from which I can draw to nurture and nourish my being forever more.’

You may also wish you affirm;

I completely accept my fear of and yearning for the Creator’s love, I am the complete love of the Creator, this is my truth.’

As many people face their dark sides maybe even multiple times they will find themselves experience a heightened vibration, light, experience of freedom and a deeper sense of the Creator’s love. It is a process that is required to occur within your being in order to fully manifest and project the Era of Love from your being.

Let all fears subside, you rest in the love of the Creator, allow this understanding to bring deep profound peace.

Sananda:  Obama's Challenge and Ours Sananda:  We have a few things to talk about with you today.  I want to first reiterate what I have said on my internet radio show with Kathryn earlier this week. Lady Portia told the story of soul aspects and soul projects, and the many different ways a soul can experience life in a body, either as a "solo" inhabitant, who lives in one body from birth until death, as it was often done in the past, or the more fluid possibility of sharing a body with another soul.  There are many different ways to arrange that as well, and it has been a more common phenomenon in this period of time, since everyone wants to be here now, and there are not enough bodies to go around!  Another reason for the "musical chairs" experience is that all the Masters are here now, and they all wanted to optimize their ability to experience many different things in this last 3D round of incarnations on Earth.  I recommend that you listen to Lady Portia's complete description for a better understanding of the many options. For now, I will explain just one of the complex ways in which we have arranged our shared incarnations.  If a Higher Self (or Greater Soul, as we sometimes call it) wishes to arrange with a friend who is going to incarnate, they can agree to each carry an aspect, or facet, of the other's soul for the entire lifetime, or part of it.  In fact, they can arrange with 3 or 4 or more friends to exchange aspects for a time, increasing the ability to experience varied lives, and to support one another in difficult life challenges. This is the kind of complex interwoven and close experience souls have shared in this time of preparation for Ascension.  The effect is to create a shared emotional experience which brings us together in deep and lasting ways.  It also makes it possible for us to feel great empathy and wisdom for the many ways in which humankind faces obstacles, and the courage it takes to overcome life's difficult times. I have told you that I have incarnated here on Earth in this time, and that my incarnation is Barack Obama, and that Michelle is the incarnation of my Twin Flame, Lady Nada.  Now, I will explain again that I am one of the souls who joined together to create the one you knew as Jesus.  I had the help and support of my beloved friends, St. Germain, and El Morya (Ashtar and Kuthumi) together with me in the body for most of that lifetime.  The same was true for Mary Magdalene, who was the combination of all our twin flames.  In this life it is different.  We have shared bodies as I described above, but now we are all realigning, gathering all soul aspects together to form the complete One which is the incarnation of a single soul.  Now, Barack is the single soul expression of me, Sananda.  I oversee him, to provide support and guidance when he asks for it. Naturally, it has been a very difficult assignment, because he has been under attack, the target of a sophisticated and relentless smear campaign since he entered politics.  There has been a concerted effort on the part of the dark ones to discredit us, (for he is me; I am him).  By the time Barack was elected, there was a carefully laid plan to prevent his administration from completing any legislation, no matter how small, and to block any programs he might try to implement.  Their onslaught has been constant, well coordinated, and richly funded.  With the cooperation of the Supreme Court, the Powers That Were have been able to create new legislation which would allow obscene, unlimited amounts of money to be spent on political campaigns. With more money flowing to political candidates than to services to benefit the people, it has created a massively wasteful, corrupt government, completely under the control of the wealthiest few.  It is the culmination of a long history of greed and power, which had nearly overcome all hope to return the United States to a sovereign form of government for the people. Given the desperation of the old guard, and the amounts of money they have brought to bear to buy their way into power, it is notable that they have not succeeded absolutely everywhere.  It has been through the constant oversight of your Ascended Masters, both on the ground and in Spirit, that we have been able to elect a president who is of the Light.  Now, you might wonder why I decided to take on this position, given the nearly impossible challenge we faced in trying to accomplish anything meaningful in terms of change in the ways of the government as it has been conducted in recent years.  It was not in order to make massive change in the way the U.S. government deals with its people.  That would have been impossible for any elected official in this era, since the elected government had very little power in the present system.  It was to hold the Light.  I came to be present, to bring a feeling of calm resolve and hope for those who have been misused by the present system, and for those courageous lawmakers who still cling to their integrity and refuse to be "bought."  There was little hope of reforming the government power structure, which has largely become the puppet arm of the corporate money-making structure, which in turn is the source of power and wealth for the handful of families who rule the planet.  Instead, we began in the first days of his tenure to establish a new "shadow government" which could overshadow the current shadow government run by the Cabal.  Yes, we do take part in intrigue and underground movement when it is the only way to make progress.  We did not want to create war and bloodshed in this present Revolution of Light, and we did not want to subject our beloved Ground Crew to the murderous attacks of the Cabal.  We do not fear death, but we did not want our ranks to be decimated once we were able to place skilled, dedicated and creative individuals in positions where they could do the greatest good. Many of the beings of Light who have taken on the most difficult positions around the President have been reviled for not being liberal enough, for being shills of Wall Street, or corrupted by self-interest, or even stupid.  I assure you they are nothing of the kind.  They are able to maintain their equilibrium even under constant fire, and are working hard behind the scenes to create the programs, open the channels, and establish the networks which have laid the groundwork for the new world to come.  Their faith grows stronger with each challenge, by sharing their thoughts, their triumphs and defeats with the one who is deeply and consciously aware of who he is and what he came here for. The world is used to leaders who "blow their own horn," who strut and brag, threaten and bully.  American Presidents are expected to be war-mongers, (which has passed for concern about national safety) and zealous nationalistic braggarts.  Yes, this is a harsh description, but it has been promoted by the media, by so-called "news" outlets and by movies of modern-day "heroes" who are more like comic-book characters than steady leaders.  It was all part of the dark agenda which we have been exposing for you in recent messages, encouraging you to delve deeper, examine every thought and belief, and follow your heart. I have revealed these truths to you now - you, the Lightworkers of greatest openminded courage - because I wish to help you understand even more deeply how much we love you, how determined we are to help you change the world, and how much we need your dedication and love to complete the project.  You see, I was not able, as Jesus, even with the help of my beloved friends and family, to bring peace.  I have been known as the Prince of Peace, but my teachings were used to create divisiveness and death.   I did not come to establish a new, better, more exclusive religion.  I came in fact to discourage the reliance on priests, grand buildings and institutions of power.  I wanted to reassure people that they could talk with God directly, and that God was kind, merciful and endlessly loving toward his beloved children. And now, Dear Ones, you are experiencing the thinning of the Veil which has separated you from your memory and awareness of higher dimensions. You will be able, more and more, to feel our presence and hear our thoughts forming into images and whole sentences in your own minds. Listen for us, and you will feel an overwhelming love wash over you.  We are always here for you. We want you to have the opportunity now, as you all requested before you came here, to walk among your many Ascended Masters, for we are all here now, in bodies like you.  We bring the Love and Light of Heaven with us, in our human forms like you, to encourage you to use these last days in lower dimensions to learn the hardest of all lessons:  that of remaining true to Love, to Truth and to the integrity which does not permit the darker feelings of doubt, suspicion, jealousy, fear and anger to hold sway over you.   Understand that when you are living in your heart, there is no need for "discernment" as it is generally understood. It is a word that is overused and rarely explained.  It leads most who have been trained to use their brain to add up facts and figures to become lost in great amounts of information, while ignoring their most powerful Truth detectors. Those who are in direct contact with their entire body/soul and Higher Self are in possession of all the needed equipment to know by the "feel" of energy around them whether there is any danger, and whether other people are emitting vibrations which are of a dark quality or are in fact of the Light. It is a simple and elegant state of complete awareness which is achieved when you clear away old fears, ancient beliefs and the tendency to be "in your head," as you call it.  Only when you are in complete faith and therefore fearless, can you expect to find your center point, the balanced place inside yourself where no observation or conclusion holds any fear, or any feeling of ego-satisfaction.  For instance, seeing what is real is not an emotional event; it is simply seeing "what is."  Let all your choices and conclusions be found in the quiet place of "what is" where you have no stake in the outcome other than seeing Truth. Also be aware that the most accurate assessments are always made in person.  It is more difficult to pick up the entire "vibe" of a person when you watch them on television or read words given through other electronic means.  Of course, a voice carries more of the essence of a person, which is why we enjoy speaking to you through a channel who can transmit our genuine feelings, as we do in personal changelings or in our radio presentations.  Now, I ask you to observe your leaders who have come to be of service to you with fresh eyes.  Look beyond the obvious, and beyond what others say about them.  Do not focus on a single action, or a "debatable" incident.  Look to the eyes of the person in question.  Feel the energy in their connection with others.  Search behind the obvious to discover whether they are genuinely at ease and in love with their family and friends and whether they are in love with their fellow humans.   Feel the loving embrace - simply and freely given - that is the mark of a true Master.  There is no condition, no requirement, no bargain to be made when you are dealing with God.  It is sometimes difficult to keep your balance and to find your true center, but once you have felt the deep peace of mind which comes from living there in your core, where you are your Higher Self embodied, you will feel such exhilaration, love and peace that you will never feel alone, and will never doubt that you will attract into your life people of integrity and generosity.  When you feel the energy of God pouring into your heart, you will recognize what you can nourish in yourself and others.  You will find peace, Beloved Ones, in all you do. You and every single Reflection of My One Child have this purpose in life: To keep your love intact.

Above all, you must not let your love wither on the vine. You must not give your heart all the sundry reasons why it must harden. No matter all your justifications for closing your heart, you mustn’t close down your love. You do not slobber love, yet, nor do you contract it. Putting bars around your heart is tantamount to your ending the life of your heart. I, God of Love, if I were to name a sin, holding back on your heart would, hands down, would be what I name.

You may say that someone hurt you so much that you have to protect yourself. Closing your heart makes no sense, dear one. You don’t close the barn door after the horse got out. Furthermore, closing your heart because of hurt rendered is locking yourself out of the barn. Closing your heart hurts you. It harms you. Oh, yes, it also hurts the other you may hold responsible for hurting your heart, and it also hurts the world. No one gets out unscathed from newly-found self-righteousness. No matter what has occurred, your hurt is self-imposed. Whom exactly are you trying to punish for it?

I understand that your heart got hurt badly, and I, too, wish it had not, yet it did. No punishment is needed, not for you and not for any other. Everyone on Earth has ventured on what, in retrospect, seems like a fool’s errand. Absolve yourself of blame. Maybe what you rue now was the right thing then, but not even that matters. Let it go.

Your heart is not meant to be armed. If your heart is meant to be armed, then it is meant to be armed with the arms of love. Resentment contracts. Resentment, anger, distrust tighten your heart. They make your heart small, and you make yourself small, and you cut away at the love in the world. You are a conduit for love, and conduits are to be kept open so that all love can circulate.

Whoever you are, wherever you are, no matter the circumstances, no matter how much someone’s indifference has hurt you, you are not to take it out on your heart. Whatever it takes to get your heart back, you have to get your heart back. Contrary to what you may feel, letting go doesn’t cost you. It repays you. There is no other way. This is My heart in yours that you are closing. Open the gates wide.

Say:

“God, on Your say-so, I am letting the bars down on my heart which is Your Heart in mine. No matter how much I have agreed with you that I must not restrain my heart, I have almost strangled it. I am so sorry. I want to say that I will never do it again and, and, still, I can’t quite seem to re-open my heart all the way. God, I do know that whatever I perceive as done to me was not done to hurt me. You once said that everyone at the time thinks that his or her position is the right one. I am guilty of that.

“And anyway, God, what can we deluded humans do but give up righteousness and raise up love instead? I know this. I know the Truth of this, and yet my heart is worn down from the weight of this hurt, and I am not sure that I can lift it.”

Beloved, then let the weight of your own conceived woundedness and resentment slide off you. Imagine you have a wheelbarrow full of your hurt and resultant anger and just tip them off the wheelbarrow by the side of the road. Dump them out. Once out of your heart, they will disappear.

Beloved beloveds, what is it that you cannot do when I am here with you? Here, let Me help you. And, if you have to repeat this a few times, then that’s all right, for now you are going in the right direction. You can be assured that the weight you drop off will not pollute the environment. You may still see shadows of the dross for a while. What you still see is like the echo of a sound. An echo tells you that the sound is over. All senses have their echoes, beloveds.

Somehow antagonism felt precious to you, and now you begin to see how ineffectual it was and how absolutely not worth anything.

When you want to come out of the darkness, simply go toward the light. And here I am, Light shining on you.

The changes continue to proceed as planned, and will bring about the anticipated changes that will bring you freedom from the activities of the dark Ones. Their power and control carries less weight and those who work for the Light are gaining more confidence as each day passes. So much good work is taking place and as it continues to spread, the dark Ones find that they are having less and less influence. It is you the people that carry the responsibility for spreading the Light, but we can assist where you have already made decisions to begin the process of change. Do not worry if at first progress appears to be slow as momentous changes cannot be achieved overnight, and are more likely to be successful when care and attention are given. We oversee your work and at all times will do our best to guide you and ensure your success. More and more souls are awakening to their real selves and seeking more power to achieve their vision of permanent peace upon Earth. It will come and is already affecting decisions being made to prevent any future wars from taking place.

The role of the Lightworker is to be inspired and bring more people to the realisation that the future is taking shape, and the voices that have influence are no longer prepared to go along with those who advocate war to solve problems. At long last it is being realised that war is futile and that there are no winners in the sense that all who are involved suffer loss of one kind or another. When you look back you will realise that using war to achieve your aims is often short lived, and at last there is an understanding that peaceful negotiation is the only way to solve differences. As you will find out in due course, wars are often contrived to set one against another and neither benefit as a result. As time has passed more and more people have tired of being used to settle differences, and now see that there are other ways which are far more acceptable. You are currently seeing the result of religious prejudice fuel the differences between some nations, and we wish we could get the message to them that you are all One. There is only One God of Absolute Love for all souls regardless of their colour or beliefs. However, there will come a time when it will be accepted that you are One Race, with the same destiny and eternally loved by the One God of All.

The elusive peace that you seek will first come to individuals who have accepted the Oneness of all Souls, and through them others will also follow. All knowledge is carried within, and those of you who feel particularly intuitive are able to measure the value and truthfulness of any message. There will however still be those who totally rely on others to walk the path with them. For them it is part of their necessary experience and as they become more understanding of the truth of their real selves, they will gain the confidence to travel their own path. Often the changes are the result of many lives whereby they have tested their own beliefs and have moved on where they have been found wanting. As you stand at this time you are represent the totality of your experience, and cannot help but be strongly influenced by it. There are however times when you will incarnate with a stronger attachment to certain beliefs that will give you a specific experience that you need. You are in fact much greater than you presently know, and whilst on Earth you play out each role you have undertaken which can greatly vary from one incarnation to another.

You may have wondered what our beliefs are based upon, and whether we have what you know as organised religion. The simple answer is that we are sufficiently understanding of the truth and the One God, that we live by example and realise that every other soul is either our brother or sister. Therefore our love is extended to all souls, and even those of the darkness are seen as being exactly the same as all others. It must be so as you have all come from the Source of All That Is, and undertaken your experiences so as to bring the truth to others. Where you are now in the lower levels of vibration you cannot become fully ascended and remain in them, so of necessity you only incarnate with a vibration that allows you to experience as chosen. We will also point out that this is why you must respect what other souls have chosen to experience, as it is all of value and will help others to evolve. Some souls have elected to serve on Earth to help others, whilst the majority are travelling their paths as they work their way back to the higher dimensions. There is not as you say a “quick fix” and the only positive way to evolve is through personal experience, although you can also learn from others who have gone before you.

Mother Earth is also taking part in the changes, and these are of a grand scale to prepare for those that will change the very surface of the Earth. Of necessity there will be unavoidable upheaval in some places, but you rest assured that every caution will be taken to avoid loss of life. Some are inevitable but there are also souls that have expressed a desire to leave the Earth. It may sound strange or unlikely that souls would choose to leave in such a way, but release from the physical body is instantaneous. Any trauma associated with such an experience is soon overcome and forgotten. Death as such is painless but is often thought differently and this is usually due to an accompanying illness. Understanding the truth of such an experience as death prevents what is otherwise looked upon by many as a traumatic time in your life. Be assured that as soon as you pass over your loved ones will be there to greet you and make you welcome. Perhaps the most welcome surprise is that you are “whole” again and through the power of thought can also become a young person again, full of health and without any of the problems you may have had whilst on Earth.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and have today touched upon life in the higher dimensions, which is far removed from what you have experienced upon Earth. Can you imagine an existence where within certain limitations you can “think” things into existence, therefore money is not needed. That is perhaps the most significant change although as mentioned above, the prospect of permanent good health must be music to the ears of those who have had a life of ill health.
