Beloved Ones,

You are experiencing another energetic download and are being upgraded yet again. As you know, this process will continue until all is cleansed and purified in your four body system. It is a time to spend going within as much as is possible for you and for allowing your heart chakra to open more fully so that any areas that still need purging can be worked on. If this process feels very intense for you, go out into nature and simply connect. This will ground you and remind you that you are a part of All That Is and that these feelings too, shall pass.

Each layer that is cleared connects you more deeply with your authentic self that lies at the core of your being and this is important in order for you to move forward and the fastest and most accelerated way to accomplish this is to practice looking at each situation in your life and forgiving everyone and everything throughout this lifetime and most especially, yourself. Your human operating system has absorbed many false messages and signals throughout your journey in the physical and these each need to be recognized as such and released. It is important to discern between what is actually your energy and that of the collective consciousness. Sometimes, this can be a difficult process and many of you spend needless hours getting caught up in the dramas that are being enacted all over the Earth.

It is of utmost importance for all of you Dear Ones to remain calm and detached from the dramas that are being played out upon the world stage. Do not add energy to these events, instead, focus on all that you would like to experience in your reality. It takes effort each day to maintain a focus of Light in these times and persistence is the key. As you do this work, know that you serve a greater purpose than is readily apparent in your current reality. The process of Ascension for the Earth and all her inhabitants is ongoing and it is good to see the changes and transformations that are taking place. Although it appears to the contrary, there is evidence everywhere of the evolution that is taking place.

Again we stress that cultivating an attitude of gratitude and feeling joy in your being for the opportunities you are being given is crucial. As you move towards the vernal equinox in March the energies flooding this planet will be the greatest and most intense ever experienced. Allow yourselves to blossom into the fullness of your being and remember that you have chosen the path you are currently on and also, that it is during this year, year one of the new Earth reality, that you begin to come into your own. Take the time necessary to discover what it is that you want to create in your life and in the new reality.

It is your energy and your vision that is creating the new reality. It is a new day and a new play. You can create what you choose upon this new template and only that which empowers and nourishes the greatest good for all will imprint upon it. Your creative powers are coming to the fore in the days ahead and many hidden talents and abilities will begin to unfold. The very atmosphere is alive and ripe with the highest potentialities. Believe in yourselves!

Dratzo! We come again to speak with you! A great celestial event is shortly to occur in your heavens. This event is the last one in a series of phenomena which signals the end of a sacred agreement made between the Light and the Anunnaki long ago. It is part of a divine plan to prepare your ancestors as well as you for a return to full consciousness. Pursuant to this, we are providing the dark ones on your world with documents which state that the time has come when we can officially intervene in your reality on your behalf. This intercession is simply to assist your sacred secret societies and their allies to complete a legal takeover of a number of your major governments. This procedure will lead to the disbursement of a universal abundance that is presently being held in numerous secret locations around your globe. Over the past few months we have relocated these resources to places where they are both safe and available to be used for securing the new financial and monetary system. We are also providing a more general logistical security to enable the new governance to broadcast the facts concerning what is taking place in the countries around your world.

The first series of announcements will cover the diverse new programs which are associated with what has generally been called NESARA. Each of the provisions being implemented will be the subject of much national discussion. They will be aired on radio, television, and the Internet, and it is here that our security expertise will be necessary. It is our responsibility to safeguard the integrity of these channels of communication against all electronic interference or disabling so that the populace can be properly informed about these groundbreaking issues. Our concern is keyed to the fact that many on your world possess a preventative, and even a malicious, attitude toward anything that threatens their narrow control agenda. In the long run these individuals will have the opportunity to change their attitude once they begin to work with their personal mentors. We can see clearly how these attitudes could develop and are therefore ready to take the required technical countermeasures. Our roles in the time immediately ahead are first, to provide clear government communications and then, to explain to you what to expect in the first days after we land.

The mass-landing scenario is really no more than the final stage of your return to full consciousness. You will meet your own personal mentor, who knows you fully as well as a long lost friend. Your innate telepathic abilities will be quickly restored by interacting with us, enabling an effortless and effective dialog between us, unhampered by the misunderstandings and ambiguities of speech. Telepathy enables a depth of openness and understanding which may seem a bit strange at first as it will allow no secrets between us. This means that you will get used to us very quickly and we will tell you all about who we are, what we do, and about our personal clan histories. We will answer any questions you may have and you will quickly see that you can trust us with your deepest concerns. These couple of days may be the most frank and honest experience of your life. Your hostile cultural environment has taught you to protect yourselves with many layers of secrecy, and telepathy returns you to a degree of Oneness in which distrust largely becomes a thing of the past. We will be like open books to you, allowing your fearful, defensive programming to fall away.

We have studied your widely varying cultures for many years, and at first found such variety daunting. But after sharing our many findings amongst ourselves, we came up with the best way to surmount the myriad cultural barriers that lie at the heart of your societies. You have all developed survival systems which allow you to tolerate your various cultures and religions, and our goal is first to help you to set these aside as they become unnecessary. We know this is not easy for you. Since childhood you have honed these survival skills until they are all but habitual. However, these habits are based on separation and our coming is to introduce you again to opening to Oneness.

In addition, your western cultures in particular are very mentally oriented and many of you have learned the hard way to close down your hearts. We, on the other hand, are used to dealing on a heart-to-heart basis with each other and communicating deeply on most matters. We know this may be difficult for you at first, but we are confident that as you feel the Real You beginning to emerge from your cultural 'armor-plating,' you will take to this freedom 'like a duck to water'!

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! Those who understand the ways of Heaven know that the time has come for a grand exit of the dark and its multitudes of minions. They have run this limited-consciousness realm for nearly 13,000 years, and during this time many Golden Ages and many strange edicts by the dark have marked this span of years. The upcoming moments signal the end of this period. You are rising in frequency, which means that the agency for controlling you is ending. The resulting freedom enables you to receive your spiritual and space families with a feeling of joy, knowing that the long night of sorrows is at an end. Everywhere, small glimpses of this freedom are becoming evident. Your minds now accept the essentiality of freedom, thus enabling a new reality to be born. It is in the midst of this new reality that amazing changes are forming. Governments are to fall and a new prosperity is to come into being.

This is the time of prophecy in which Heaven reigns supreme! The Light comes, and a new way is born. Divine grace has formed us and bestowed the divine path to our Souls. Be in wonder at what the edicts of AEON bring! You are no longer to be denied true knowledge and will learn of the lies and manipulations long used by the dark. These discoveries will bring you the Truths you have long sought. You are to be graciously freed from the clutches of those whose hubris and stupidity will be fully revealed to you. In this light you will merge with new allies who come from within this sacred orb and whom Heaven has sent to you. We are those who have learned through many lifetimes to ascend, and whose knowledge is to guide you along the final stretch of the journey whose sacred goal is to resurrect your full consciousness.

This process of physical and spiritual resurrection has been contemplated with awe for generations. It is indeed a most complex and arduous operation that each of us is capable of. At this point in your history, what is to happen instead is a unique, very special, massive collective ascension that has been mandated by Heaven. To this end, your space and Inner Earth families will use a wondrous, advanced technology in the form of a living bio-machine, designed to transform each of you back into full consciousness. This will take three days. Heaven will attune and monitor these special miracle-devices and carry out the various calibrations that are specific to each individual. In this way, an entire human population can be raised into an Angel-like state that normally would take many lifetimes to attain. Consider well the divine grace that is to enable us all to return to the miraculous state of Oneness with our Mighty Creator! Hosanna! Hosanna!

We also briefly explored the sacred path which Heaven has sent you on, in which you return gracefully to full consciousness. Much is to happen. Wondrous events await in the wings and miracles set up by the divine grace of Heaven and the highest joys of AEON are coming your way! Love is the new technology, the new science, the new politics

Once you start to accept your true nature as divine beings – spiritual beings having a human experience – the changes necessary to bring healing and renewal to the planet and all the sentient life forms she supports will move ahead very quickly indeed.  You all have issues with that, because, as humans, you see those around you operating from their egos ninety -nine percent or more of the time. As you become increasingly honest with yourselves, you are acknowledging that you also must continue working and intending to release your own disruptive egoic attitudes that are so very human and that can be so very destructive. Because of that, it is very difficult for you to recognize and concede that truly every human is a divine being . . . they just do not behave as if they were divine! – that is, as you ego-driven humans imagine divine beings would behave.  And you do have a point.  Nevertheless it is true, and your hearts will soon take over from your egoic reasoning, and acknowledge and embrace the inalienable fact of your divinity.

Your intent to awaken is intensifying daily.  When you take time out daily (as you must) in your personal space, your place of peace, and hold that intent, even momentarily, it sends out loving energy waves of enormous power which interact with every sentient being on the planet, wherever they are and whatever their spiritual intentions and beliefs, and it impacts and modifies their energy fields to bring them increasingly into alignment with the divine energy field.

Change that will benefit all of humanity is occurring worldwide as a result of the intent that those who are spiritually oriented are holding.  All of humanity wants change because your present ways of interacting are crushing your spirits and destroying your relationships — and you have had enough!  The human collective is ready for major change.

You are bringing Love into every aspect of inter-human relationships by your intent that Love shall prevail.  And, of course, Love always prevails! There is no longer anywhere on the planet that is completely closed to Love, because Its seeds have been sown worldwide and are springing up enthusiastically throughout the entire global population as the prayers and loving intentions of the wayshowers and Light-bearers — a group that is constantly growing and expanding — sweep across the planet in an endless succession of great waves, embracing all in their path.  There is no escape from Love!

Obviously, this is not immediately apparent as you observe the violent and pernicious conflicts (only some of which are being reported by the mainstream media) that are still happening at every level of society, and in every racial, religious, political, economic, philosophical (and on and on) organization all across the world.  But this is no longer able to be kept quiet, swept under the carpet, and generally ignored, because whistle-blowers everywhere are courageously standing up and disclosing what those who have held the reins of power for so long have so vehemently determined to hide.

As the truth breaks out from behind the screens that were erected to hide it, amazing acts of Love will take place all across the planet as people discover that those with whom they have been fighting are not — and never have been! — their enemies.  They have been outrageously misled by those in power, and were persuaded by them that the conflicts in which they were so ruthlessly engaged were essential if peace was to be established on Earth.

As the veils hiding the truth are removed, enormous changes will occur very rapidly; in fact, the first are already occurring.  Humanity is ready for world peace, and it is only those who would control and subjugate you who wish to prevent it from coming about.  They no longer have the power or the ability to maintain the state of endless conflict to keep you afraid and divided.  War is passé; it is no longer fashionable; and it needs to be swept away, along with all the accoutrements that make it possible.  The first signs of this are evidenced by governmental financial shortfalls that are necessitating enormous contractions in their military budgets.

Love is the new technology, the new science, the new philosophy, the new politics, the new economics.  All will embrace It.  However . . . 'new' it is not!  It is your original state — the state in which you were so lovingly created and to which you are excitedly and enthusiastically returning.  Nothing can prevent the Golden Age from blossoming, absolutely nothing!

A Prayer for America

    O God Aton of Light, Creator of the human races, King of Wisdom and the One Source of all, we rejoice that your Spirit lives within us.

We forgive ourselves and our fellow men for our complacency in America in allowing this great nation to be over-run with evil. We ask your Spirit within us to forgive us. Many times we have done nothing, while Satan's workers in their attempt to rule the world have taken away the unalienable freedoms you gave to us.

We ask now for the Hosts of Heaven to come and stand against the evil forces. We ask that your Spirit awaken our Earth Shan people to Truth, and that they shall pray for this nation. We ask that all people shall begin right-living according to the Laws of God and Creation. May each individual be empowered to make a strong stand against the "lies" and darkness.

By working with the creative Power of God Aton within us, we believe that America can once again  be a shining Light of Truth to all the world. We believe that this nation can be a people of right-living. We believe that this has already begun.

We order now through our God Spirit that all evil forces on Earth Shan be removed and cease to exist forever in Esu (Jesus) Immanuel Sananda's name---that they not hinder any longer our battle for freedom and Truth. We give the Lighted Realms permission to assist us in making this so.

We ask for your protection as we confront evil. We ask for your courage and wisdom as we act, and we ask for your power to accomplish our mission.

May our original Constitution and our Bill of Rights be so re-established in the Republic of the United States of America.  May the Laws of God and the Creation be established as the Supreme Law of this land.   May we again become "one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all."  We walk in faith, believing that this shall be done.

Fill this land and our world with your Spirit of Love, and Hope, and Peace, and Joy. This is our prayer to our God-Spirit within us, to God Aton of Light. We pray this in the name of Esu (Jesus) Immanuel    Sananda---and in Heaven's sequence. Not our will, O God, but in all things let Your Will be done. So Be It!

Your quiet periods are essential for your health and happiness

We are all one – humanity, other citizens of the Universe, and all in the spiritual realms – as you well know.  However, on Earth it is very difficult for the majority of you, the vast majority of you, to acquire a true understanding of what that actually means.  You experience life as individuals with individual needs – shelter, clothing, food, rest, an income – and to imagine yourself as one with all sentient life, let alone your immediate neighbors, is enigmatical to say the least.  And yet it does make sense because you can see that what one does often affects another; and you feel compassion for the suffering of another, which you would not if you were not all connected, all one.

As all are one, to awaken is a collective event — an event for which you have been preparing for a long time, and now that moment is drawing closer.  You have heard that before, many times, and it is becoming a little like a bad joke as you wait expectantly and see no sign of it.  Frustration and disappointment have upset many of you, undermining your faith at times.  But those periods pass, and your faith strengthens again as you maintain your intent and allow us to offer you succor and guidance in your daily interludes of quietness and prayer.

Those time periods are essential to your well-being, and during them you have an enormously powerful effect on the divine energy field enveloping the planet because you interact with it by opening your hearts to receive the abundance of Love that is the energy field in which you have your eternal existence.

Often, maybe most of the time, you do not feel it or sense it; but it envelops you always, and it shows itself when you make choices that bring you peace and relieve your stress or anxiety.  You are never alone, unsupported, although in the physical dimension the opposite is definitely experienced.  But when you accept that experience and surrender to it, its intensity decreases, because by surrendering you allow the divine energy field to strengthen and fortify you, and you experience that as a reduction in fear, anxiety, or stress, similar to the release that you feel in those daily interludes of quietness.

It is impossible to overstress the importance of taking time out regularly every day, to be alone, quiet, and relaxed, as you allow the divine energy field to meld ever more fully with your own.  The more integrated these energy fields become the more easily you can relax into the Love that embraces you, letting it suffuse you and then flow through you to interact with all in your vicinity, everyone on the planet, and the planet herself, thus reiterating your oneness with all of creation.

You are divine beings because God created you as such, and that is a changeless, eternal state.  You have just forgotten how to access it, and to awaken is to access it once more.  Whereupon you will recognize it and recognize yourself as the divine being that you are.  It is a wondrous state, quite beyond description or imagination while you believe in and support the illusion that you experience as so real and solid.  Your daily periods of quiet solitude will bring you ever closer to that natural state as the stresses and anxieties of daily life fall away.

Initially your mind will be busy with thoughts rushing in to fill the space that you are attempting to make there in which to be quiet and peaceful, because it is used to busyness and feels uncomfortable when stilled.  Do not judge yourselves as wrong or failing when this happens, because you have made the intent to still your mind and with practice you will succeed.  Just persist, accepting whatever occurs – maybe streams of thoughts that you will want to judge as unwholesome, inappropriate, or evil! – because your ego-mind will do its utmost to engage your attention using the strangest and most unsettling of shock tactics in order to regain your attention.

However, these periods of quiet, undisturbed peace will become for you the most important parts of your day, because with practice they will deepen and intensify, and your mind will be less frequently disturbed by trains of thought that carry you away into distracting inner turmoil as you automatically and without awareness engage with them.  When awareness returns, as it will, do not berate yourselves. Instead, be pleased that your awareness has returned, and honor it for doing so. To berate or judge yourselves as wrong or inadequate is just to follow another distracting thought train, until your awareness returns once more.

Ask for help and guidance during those periods you set aside daily for quietness of mind — and you will receive it.  Oftentimes, any anxieties or worries that were unsettling you will dissolve during these quiet periods.  The problems or issues causing them may not be resolved, but you will feel more at peace and better able to cope with them.  Your quiet periods are essential for your health and happiness, so indulge yourselves by allowing yourselves to take time for them.

Today we will speak about health and what you term ascension symptoms.

The energies which are being sent to your  environment, and those which your planet is passing through, are causing minor discomforts in some, major discomforts in others, and still others, though few, are experiencing real pain.

Of course the differences can be attributed to several things.  Firstly, what is the condition of the body, mind, and spirit of the subject?  That is you.  How freely are you giving yourselves to the transition?  How rapidly has your higher self and your soul determined that you should make this change?  And do not overlook the possibility that there may be conditions which can and should be treated by your medicine.

In many cases, however, your medicine cannot find or understand the conditions you are reporting.  Pain and discomfort are signals, dear ones.  Either signals of the existence of a condition or of the existence of resistance.  The easiest thing to try would be for you to truly fling yourselves into the future with all your hearts.  So much for resistance.

But in many cases your bodies themselves are storing, unknown to you, fears, angers, resentments, resistances, and regrets from this life, prior lives, even those passed down to you in your DNA from those who came before you.  “Well, how in the world am I to deal with that?”, you ask.  We shall give a few suggestions.

To begin with, know that the unconditional love that is enveloping you now will eventually overcome all of those resistances and you will ascend if you have decided to do so.  That may be sooner or it may be later.  And patience is much easier when one is comfortable, is it not?

You may decide to go it on your own and, through your meditations and prayers, seek out and solve the issues for yourselves.  In this case, help is available through your connection to the Source of your being.  But we suggest you not be like the one who insists he will be saved by the Almighty and ignores the rowboat that has been sent to save him from the flood.

Lastly, dear ones, there are a great many “new” healing methods that have become available to you during these last years that can deal with these kinds of things in ways the your medicine has never learned to do.  We have put the word new in quotes because they are simply things that are now being remembered by yourselves.  They address these things through your energetic and spiritual side.

Understand that when something is cleared for you on those levels, the effect must show up on your physical side.  So if you are not wishing to live with the discomforts until they disappear on their own, then look for the type of healing that most resonates with your beliefs.  We say that because, although it may not be the most powerful, it will be the one which your beliefs will allow to work for you.  You can progress to another when you choose to.

Beliefs, you see, are things which you have constructed, knowingly or not, in order to protect you.  And in many cases, they can actually be that which is causing you problems.  They are very often not in agreement with what you think you believe in your conscious minds.

That may not sound possible to some of you, but we assure you it can be true.  As an example, you may think that you trust your Creator with all your heart, but then ask yourself why you resist change or spend any time at all worrying about the future.

So the final thought we would give you today is this.  Wherever you are, and whatever your situation is, there is, somewhere in your physical or spiritual environment, help available if you want it.  You can find it if you look for it.  You will need to accept it when you find it.  Ask yourself if perhaps your opinions do not stand in the way.  Or is it perhaps that you are proud of being a loner?

In any case, you are moving on.  And the truth is, you are doing exactly what you need to do in this moment.  That is because what you are doing will inevitably lead you eventually to where you have decided to go.

It has been a difficult yet interesting week for you, my dear. We shared your excitement as you read through the DECLARATION officially made by the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE ANCIENT LAND OF EIRE, who no longer give their consent to LEX ROMANA, the Tyrannical System imposed by Rome. The tears you shed as you read of this brave stand by the people of Ireland were tears for all those who suffered throughout the rule of Rome and not just in Ireland. The world suffered, mankind suffered, because of what was put in place nearly 2000 years ago. My dear, we inspired many to research what was hidden. Now, at last, people are beginning to see the big picture, and they refuse to be part of it. Bombs and guns are not needed, just the courage to stand for truth, to refuse to comply with all that is corrupt. When guided by the heart you cannot go wrong. The congratulations of all in spirit go to those who made this Declaration possible. Now let us see how many other countries will take courage and emulate what the Irish people have done. 

The organic, natural essence of a human being is not hate, it is LOVE, and it is the eternal life force. If a human being consumes himself with hate, he will destroy his eternal nature. This choice is of critical importance during these evolutionary times as the illusions and deceptions are being exposed. Hate eventually destroys those who hate; it is destructive, it should have no place in your lives. I have reminded you, many times, that love is your weapon of choice. When you can look on your oppressors with love and pity, they will lose all power over you. It will make them and their evil plans feel exposed, naked, and at your mercy. Behave with dignity and honesty and you will succeed beyond your wildest expectations. This is your time to take control of your planet, are you up to it? 

There are, at this time, people strategically placed around your world, who are ready and willing to come to the aid of those who need their help and guidance. Their work is to ignite and spread the light of truth. Go to your sacred places, reclaim them, they belong to you. Use the wonderful energy available at them. The energy you will release will bring the light to those places that have yet to wake-up. Check the ley lines. They will guide you to the most sacred places. Look where they cross and experience the wonderful energy for yourselves. Still, so many of you do not understand how your world works. This information was kept from you. Now, I encourage you to find out for yourselves. Enjoy the freedom it brings to you. You will begin to see life in a whole new light. 

The propaganda that abounds at this time is laughable. They just cannot accept that you are awake and can see clearly what they are up to. Some people are being used to create a completely false picture of events. Though some appear to be above board, unfortunately, many have become tainted by the lure of the corrupt. Money and fame are used to entice them. They will find that this is short lived and they will regret becoming involved. You all need to be strong and determined to create a future where love and light will remove all that was dark and corrupt. When the jurisdiction of the Vatican is removed forever, then and only then, will you have a just world for all. 

You were told, my dear, that when humanity cries out for help, then your friends from other planets will come to your rescue. You see them in your skies. They are ready to land and assist you. They will help you to create free energy for all. Food and shelter will become freely available as never before. Because you have never experienced it, you think it is not possible. Yours is the only planet with such problems, because you are living on a slave planet. You were made to believe that you were the only beings in the universe. What nonsence! You are embarking on the greatest adventure. We are all behind you, encouraging you to take whatever steps are necessary to achieve your goal. 

The Dark Cabal has stepped up the attacks on those who try to expose it. This proves just how frightened they are of you. If you were not succeeding they would not be frightened of you. You would not be a threat to them. You are living in the worst war zone since time began. Your enemies hide behind every facade of democracy. Now, you can see them. You know who they are. They are desperate to escape your planet. 

Veronica, my dear, everything will happen in divine time. The right people will be at your side. All obstacles will be removed and you will go ahead as planned before your returned to Earth. Sometimes it takes a little time for people to come to terms with what they agreed to do, before their return to Earth. Those who have a role to play must complete it before they are allowed to return to spirit. There is no choice, as you, yourself have found, my dear. Such agreements cannot be broken, no matter how many obstacles are placed in the way. The Dark Ones have done everything possible to isolate you but we continue to bring people to you. The more good people come together, the more light is created. It will extinguish the dark. When the 99% come together in love and harmony, they cannot be defeated, and the Dark Ones know this only too well. This is what they fear. Yes, this is what I am saying. They fear YOU, the awakened you. The ball is in your court, your decision matters. 

It is time for people to learn about the God of love and remove all memory of the God of vengeance that was forced on you to keep you under control. Those of you who are still locked into the fear of the God of vengeance need to research for yourselves the truth. You were made to fear death, when so many of us return to assure you that death is a beautiful experience. It is a real homecoming. If you have harmed another during your life, then you alone approach that person and ask forgiveness. It is as simple as that. You are reunited with those you have loved. I chose to continue my work with Veronica. It is what we agreed when I was at her side on Earth. We have worked together in many lifetimes and we were together before Earth was created. Our love has survived many lifetimes on Earth and will continue when we are together in Spirit. Our work will go on. In the meantime, I assist her to accomplish what she returned to Earth to do. 

Be kind to yourself, my love. Take time to rest. Everything will soon fall into place once more, as everyone takes their place in the team again. All is in hand. Trust me, my dear.
