Heavenletter #5487 How to Greet Your Life , December 2, 2015 God said: My dear children, sometimes you feel that you have had a misdeal in life. What happens when you feel neglected by life, this amazing thing called life, you look for something to blame. If life is not at your feet today, you may take this to mean that you are at fault. This is ego, dear friends. Ego preens you to be guilty. Then ego can get a good grip on you. It so happens that you are not the centerpiece of every single day’s life as it appears in the world. Did you have the idea that you were supposed to be the headline story? Is the day supposed to beat the drums for you and blow whistles, and today is only for you? Remember that life in the world is about contrast. Life welcomes you every day. Only every day life does not consistently announce you as King. No one is sitting down to plan out every day. What appears to you as an uphill climb is simply part of life. From the angle you view everyday life, life is not always going to appear to you as bouquet of beautiful roses. On such days, you object. “Foul,” you cry. Better to pat life on the head and murmur: “Okay, Life, what’s on the agenda for today? What's our assignment for today? Now, let’s take care of it without further ado. We know one thing for sure, and that is that you, Life, have come to us today in this way, and it is a day for growing. We human beings may see that the day began this way, yet this is not a defeat. We are not knocked down, nor do we lay our spirits low. We may have a sore foot or stones thrown at us, yet we make the most of this day as it has presented itself to us. “Ah, the day ends on a far better note because we greeted you and took care of today's Installment of Life, and now we bless ourselves with a good night’s sleep. We put the day to rest. We don’t know yet what the next day holds. What we do know, dear Life, is that tomorrow is our day, and we shall polish it for you. We don’t know yet what treasures the day will reveal. What we do know is that this is our day to fulfill, rescue, soothe, and comfort you and help you through it. Life, we will rise above our objections. We have signed a contract that we will give love and care to this day, and so we shall. "This is the angle we come from, rain or shine. "We don’t make too much of what our day looks like. We don’t fuss with it. We, as partners, Life, we, get down to you. Whatever the weather, we rise to the occasion, and we rise above the past. We welcome you every day because it is our day to welcome you. Life, this is a day that has come all the way to us from the Universe. It has come to us and waits before us. “Life, you and I, it’s good that you come to as you do every day. This day doesn’t have to be perfect in our eyes. It is our day to welcome you, and we move right along. If you come hungry this day, we feed you. Life, if you need a lot of care today, we give you that care. “Above all, we do not take all your days too seriously. There are not rules that you have to follow. We take our day from where it begins, and we park our day in the garage at night. Today, you hang out here for us until tomorrow, for every day, you bring us a new day. We brush any twigs off our days, and we start anew. We pat our day on the back, and we get going. Life, we make days good days.
