Greetings to you. As you know, we are the One Who Serves and we are going to be here only briefly to prepare the way for another here. You have heard from this one previously but not too often. This one has not come through James, or anyone else for that matter, very often but that is going to change as he is going to say now. We be back here soon for your questions. We know there are going to be a lot.
“Aramda”
I am Aramda and I have only spoken through this one a few times before, through others previously in the past but not so much in these times now. But those times you know are changing and I, myself, as Commander, a Galactic Commander you might say, I am going to be with this particular group more often because of what I am about to tell you here.
You must understand that there has been a great plan in the works here for a very long time. And this plan has been re-worked and re-worked and re-worked to match those various forces that were involved, both of the dark and of the light. And these forces have continued to change and manipulate this plan all along the way. But much of what was planned is now what you might call Plan “B” that is coming into effect. We have had Plan A and maybe Plan B and maybe, even, Plan C, this is Plan D now even. But understand that it was originally that disclosure of those of us coming from outside the planet and those coming from inside the planet, originally it was to be your government leaders making this call, making this announcement, saying it was time now, making the announcements across your various media avenues.
But as you have probably begun to understand, maybe that is not going to happen. They have held back and held back for many different reasons and this holding back seems to be continuing. So those of us that would begin to make these types of decisions met with those others that might be considered even higher levels, although there are not concerns about higher or lower levels here, but for your understanding it would work better if you knew there were different levels of experience and knowing and guidance that are sought after for making all of these types of decisions. So we all came together and made a decision. And that decision is bringing about that no longer will we wait for the leaders of the government to come forward here. They still might but we are not waiting for that anymore. Now it is become more of a grassroots experience.
So, those in groups and individuals are going to be receiving the Galactic exposure as it is going to be coming forward more and more and more now through, what you might call, the little people, those that are more of the common ones not the great leaders of the planet. So, you, yourselves in this group are being groomed in various ways to be a part of this new expression and those in groups across the planet are also being utilized in this manner because what better to use than those who already believe in us? What better to allow for this process to happen then to those who already know and understand and can accept without fear, our expression and even our presence among you?
So, what I am saying here, is literally, those of you in this group and those in many other situations are going to be experiencing landings and manifestations of various kinds that you will not be able to say that they did not happen. You see? It will not be like that anymore! There will be no question. Yes, believing is seeing but there will also some of that seeing is believing as well. Because what is necessary for those around you, those who have not yet come to this understanding that you might have, this awakening state, but they are still in that sleep state and require some sense of proof in various ways. And those of you who will be experiencing those types of proof are going to be able to share your proof with others and this is the way it is going to happen.
It is a grassroots movement to bring about disclosure, to bring about first contact. This is the way it is going to go at least in this point now. If it happens that the leaders of the government decide to come forward, and this still may be, then that will be so and it will simply add to the awakening avalanche that is happening across the planet and will continue to happen.
Now I know there will be questions on this. I myself will not be answering those questions but that of our brother, the One Who Serves, those of them, they will be with you and able to answer your questions.
I thank you for your time here. I, myself, as Aramda, will be with you more often and through this one, James, will be with you and at some point, I may be one of those that will be appearing either to this group or to individuals here. That has not yet been determined but it is coming!

“One Who Serves”
Greetings to you. Back again here. Back again to answer questions, if there would be. But, before you would ask your questions, I would expand on this just a little bit. There are many of those changes coming, as has been said, and many other sources are coming forward now and beginning to speak on this that has been given here. And you are going to experience this more and more and more as you continue to believe.
You see, it is important that you believe and then you will see but there are things you can do to raise your vibration for what Aramda did not say is that in order for this to occur, in order for you to be who has this experience, in whatever way it can come, you must be ready for this. You must be one that is able to handle the energies that come from this one or from any that come. And you must also be able to stand there and have no fear.
This is also very important and for you to raise your vibration, it takes many different things to do this. In some ways it is just a will power type of thing where you will your vibration to raise and it will, but there are those things within the body that can tend to keep those things from happening. Those in terms of various things that is not good for the body can hold the vibration down. Those of various negative thought patterns can hold the vibrations down. Those also of lack of sleep, lack of proper diet and nutrition, all of these can hold the vibrations down. And you, yourselves, want to raise your vibrations. So in order to do that you must free yourself of old paradigms and processes that you have become accustomed to in your third dimensional understanding, you see?
So continue to raise your vibration in all the ways you have been taught to do and even in ways that will still come to you. If you are on various types of drugs or medications of any kind, now is the time to begin to wean yourself off of them. Note, I did not say stop them entirely. I said you must wean yourself away from them, all of them. You cannot have various pharmaceutical drugs and other types of drugs in you and think you will have a vibration increase. It will happen temporarily but it will not be sustained, you see? So, you must allow for the process to happen but you must bring this process about now.
If you had mentors with you, the mentors would be telling you the same thing now. It is time now. It is time to let go of all these types of things that hold you back from this expression and certainly those drugs and alcohol and all of those things that people tend to utilize to self-medicate and all of these types of things must begin to be alleviated and let go of here. But again, do it with caution. If you are on a doctor type of system where the doctor is giving you advice and giving you prescriptions then meet with this doctor that you wish to begin to wean yourself away from them. They will say, “No you cannot do this. You must use these medications.”
But if you, yourself, want to be a part of this and this is only if you want to be a part of this, if you do not then this does not matter. But if you are one in this group, particularly, or in those who would read these words and resonate with these words, then you will want to become a part of this and you will want to raise your vibration and hold that higher vibrational rate as high as you can, you see?
Now, we would ask for any questions that would come here now, on this particular subject here.
Question: I am having trouble with my pulse (rate). Is that because of the energies?
Very much so in your case and in others that are experiencing this in terms of those that have come into the awakening state more and more are going to be experiencing these types of things. They have been called Ascension symptoms and such. That is not to mean that it is something you don’t have to be aware of. You have to be aware of this happening within your body, your pulse rate is increasing or your heart rate is increasing and it is seemingly beyond what it should be here, you must begin to take steps to alleviate this. But we would not suggest going to a doctor necessarily, a medical doctor, necessarily but a health practitioner or a naturopathic doctor, something of this nature. Even a chiropractic doctor can help in this respect with these types of things.
But your body will tell you. Your body will tell you what it needs. You can tell this for yourself when you have something, a craving for something, whether it is salt or sweet or something bitter, whatever it might be. Your body has this craving and you give the body what it needs and the craving goes away. It is something you listen to with your body. This can happen in many respects and it is happening more and more and more. Listen to your body. It will tell you what it needs. Does this answer your question?
Question: What do you suggest using for headaches that are just quite frequent yet I do a really good diet. Apart from medications, what do you suggest?
Well, we would say first of all, find your way away from medications. And this is for anyone who wonders about this. Whatever the physical malady is, attempt to move away from anything that is not of natural causes or source here.
Question: I have tried peppermint essential oil and lots of cleansing but they still persist. The only thing that works is an over the counter medication. Apart from that I don’t take anything.
Have you attempted to use meditation or breathing techniques? When you have these particular headaches, do they come at any particular time or follow any particular type of activity? It would be good for you to try to understand what may be causing it, in terms of what you are eating or some kind of activity precedes this. It would be good to know this.
We cannot go into areas of medical expertise here, anything of that nature, because it is up to you as an individual to use discernment here as to what is helpful to you. But we would caution very strongly not to become involved in any kind of medical type or pharmaceutical types of drugs for they are holding the population of the whole planet back, especially the population in these United States. Very much holding back the Ascension process for each of those, the awakening process. And it was purposeful for those of the Cabal. It was purposeful for the pharmaceutical industry to do exactly what has been done here. And we are saying now, emphatically, without a shadow of a doubt, you must come off of all of these types of drugs as you can, gradually if that is needed, but changing to a natural sources. Various plants can be very helpful. Your Valerian Root can be very helpful for the headaches, such as this.
Others in this room can give expertise of their knowledge as to what can be used in this respect. For headaches, for backaches for stomachaches, all of these things. There is enough knowledge in this room to assist others here. There are some who are in the medical professions yet they are in the awakening process too, so they are not themselves condoning the use of the medical and the medicines that their doctors prescribe around them. You see? They are moving also into the natural sources of use here. Would there be further question here?
Question: What part of the night sky can we focus on to get a glimpse of one of the ships?
We would say that as you are out in the night time and look at the sky, go with your inner knowing at that time as you know where to look. But it will be even much more than this. It will be as if it will come out of nowhere or it will come as some say, “out of left field”, for you. It will come, or immediately appears, not from something you are trying to create here. It will come. This is what is meant for those who are taking these words into themselves and understanding what is necessary, the necessity of, raising your vibration and exactly how to do that.
There are books on this. There are Internet blog sites on this that will help you raise your vibration if you do not know directly. And in this group, itself, you can find expertise in how to raise your vibration. We are just only giving here some thoughts and guidance on this. But there is much more to come.
Question: So, first contact has already happened for many on this planet. Are you saying that this is going to be sped up or have more and more?
Dramatically, yes.
Question: Coming back to Plan A, B etc. if the politicians don’t get involved at first, does that mean there will be a shift for them as well at one point? Does that mean that Obama, as a Lightworker, will also be part of the Plan?
There is going to be this grassroots movement that is going to push this whole scenario into effect here. So if more and more and more people are experiencing these types of manifestations here, these presences, these visits, being beamed up, whatever it might be, as more experience this and coming away with pictures and recordings and all of these types of things of this, much more than has been happening, it is going to increase exponentially and certainly as that begins to be more and more prominent, those of what you consider your government leaders will have to come forward themselves and finally acclimate to what has occurred here. And they will begin to tell of the secrets that have been held here or it will be allowed to come out in your media avenues.
As far as that one you are speaking of, the Obama, yes, certainly he is a Lightworker and he is one who has played his part, his role, to perfection in many respects. And we know it does not appear that way on the surface, but looks can certainly be deceiving in many respects. And they have been purposely deceiving for those who are still somewhat in power or they believe they are in power and that is important to know, they only believe it. They are not, themselves, in power any more. But they still believe it and the façade is still going on here because there are enough people around the planet that believe they are still in control, so they can be, in that sense, still in power in the illusion here. But that is also changing very quickly here and those of the leaders that are there that are of the Light and wish to be of the Light, they will be coming forth when the time comes and letting more of these announcements come forward. There are many announcements that are coming here.
Question: If we say Obama is a Lightworker, does he know he is a Lightworker?
Oh my goodness, yes! He does know he is a Lightworker. Yes! He is very much awakened. But he is playing his role as the bad guy, sometimes good guy. (Does he get messages from channeling?) No. He receives messages directly, physically. He has had groups together with the physical presences of St. Germain, Sananda and so on. Imagine what that meeting is like!
Question: We have seen some announcements this week, is there anything you would like to share with us about a couple of public channels who have announced that they will be giving their last public channeling this week?
Before we would do this, we would allow for the process to develop within itself here, in terms of those who are coming forth saying this, they will be saying why they are coming forth and saying this. Now this does not mean that this particular type of situation that we are providing here and you are providing, allowing for us to be here, this does not mean that it will not continue. It WILL continue in this process. But it is speaking more of a public exposure here. This particular one that this is coming through and possibly in others as well.
There will be a possible changeover you might say from this channeling type of experience to a more telepathic type of experience, more individual. This is also part of the movement that is happening. So, those of you that rely in terms of coming from higher guidance in this respect, are going to more and more receive it yourself and within yourself. More so possibly from your higher self and when that connection is made more and more here. That is also coming. You must see that there are so many changes coming that it is going to “blow your minds”. You have not even begun yet to experience what is possible here. Does this answer your question?
Question: Do you see the Event coming? Do you see the main Event coming before May 17th?
When you ask for particular dates, we ourselves and through this one, James, are not to give the type of date here because when the date is given it does not match necessarily to your time frame here so in order for a date to be given it must be written in stone. And as you know, there is nothing written in stone there is always that change that can come. Even as we speak now, May 17th or April 15th or whatever it might be and in the next moment after we utter this, through this one James, because of situations that happen around the planet and with each individual consciousness and within the collective consciousness everything can change again. And in the next moment it can change again and in the next moment a change again. That is why these dates and times never seem to materialize as you would want them to.
But please understand this, all of these things that have been said, are going to happen! They are going to happen. There is no question whatsoever as to that. They are going to happen. You must just allow for the process to evolve as it needs to and when the time is right, in terms of your three dimensional understanding, when the time is right it will occur. And in some respects it may seem to come out of nowhere.
Question: So, if there is no time and then the Event has already occurred, can you say we are just catching up with it?
You could look at it that way in terms of time travel and the time line thing, yes, certainly. It has already occurred.
Question: I was told to take a picture of myself and a beautiful orb showed up. I want to know who or what that was. And, as I was going into the meditation I saw an image and I was wondering if it was Aramda?
As far as the orb you are seeing, that is a presence that is an angelic presence around you and with you in many respects all the time. In terms of the other, certainly Aramda was here and in this room and not so much with each individual here but he was definitely here, yes. And you would witness that. Anything further here.
Question: I want to know about the White Hats.
They are what you would call the boots on the ground. Those of ones that are in the process of working through all of these changes and being the ones that are the intermediaries of those expressions from higher and lower, in terms of higher, Galactic expressions and those of lower, Inner Earth expressions. They may be considered working together with the Light Resistance Force of the one called Cobra that speaks of this. They are certainly ones that are in the forefront of bringing forth information, intel you might say. That is necessary for the whole process to develop here.
Question: So if the ground crew is us, do we work with them?
You are already working with them in some respect. Whenever they bring out information and you take that information within you and share it with someone else, you are working with them. And they, in turn, are working with others. You see?
Anything further here? We are going to release the channel. Please understand the importance here of all that has been given here today. And those of you that wish to be a part of this in terms of being more of those in connection with those that would come and be here in disclosure and first contact and the emissaries coming from the Inner Earth and you could be one who could accept them into your home even. All of this is part of what we are speaking of and this is the movement, this is the Plan that is in effect here. It has been started, and it is going to continue on as long as it is necessary to do so up until that which has been called the Event and even following that as well.
