Channeler:  Beth Trutwin Coming Into Love A Message From Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin, October 2, 2012 The full moon energies continue to flood light to Earth and she soaks them into her cells in the seas, the mountains, the hills, leafs, to each blade of grass, into the hearts of the creatures and into the hearts of humanity. October will see many transformations and surprising changes as the Stars align in the sky. Coming into love. There are many ways to integrate higher love into your everyday life. It is possible to have every taste, breath, every word, every deed dedicated to love. Love of Self and Love of the Divine. One may begin waking up a little earlier in the morning. When it is quiet before arising allow all the challenges you are facing and unanswered questions float through your mind. Think about how you will solve the issue, what you will say in relationships, or if you will let it percolate awhile longer. Take just a little while for focused thought contemplating the best solutions and puzzle pieces before unnoticed. Now end this session by setting an intention. Intend that the Highest Forces of Light will Guide you in all you do so every part of your life is lifted to the Highest Good For All. Now make a promise to yourself you will not allow your ego to bring up these topics for the next 24 hours. Spend not one minute of your day wallowing or indulging in muling this over as a pastime. Just release these issues to the light and only allow this contemplation once per day. Now that you have solved all your problems make a to-do list and intend to finish it before sleep this night. When you have Divine Inspirations on how to solve a problem apply it immediately. This thrusts the energy flow forward. This is a power you can harness to make the changes you want to see in your life. Spiritual force comes from basing your life in love. Power and Energy to make an impact in your life must come from love, must be based in humility. Those who live a normal life become a victim to their ego and become weaker and weaker as they become older and eventually they die. You need to realize your true strength is your spiritual strength. When One returns to a complete childlike attitude of complete innocence, they are protected. When One is ruled by ego it will eventually destroy you. Begin each new day based completely in love. Contemplate on how you can spend the waking hours to make the biggest impact of love in your surroundings that day. The most important thing anyone can do with their lives is to be responsible for their Self, their relationships and their environment.  Be mindful in how you approach your day. If you snap on your laptop seconds after opening your eyes - how can you expect to impact anything? The laptop has become the new tv. It wastes hours of life. Contemplation and Meditation will move you into love. Integrate these things to the top of your to-do list and you will see definite improvements in your life. Have every action you take throughout the day be a Meditation in Love to your Self and to the Infinite. When the sun is setting and it is dark and the work is done take a time out just for yourself. Close yourself away from the world. Go in the bath or in your favorite chair and be alone. Consider what you have accomplished this day. Commune again with the Highest Forces of Light and thank them for their influence over helping you this day. Learn a mantra you can say in these quiet times. Just move your lips and tongue or just use your breath - quietly or silently say this mantra. Set an intension for your mantra that it will allow your mind to be balanced, your work be in harmony with others, your body and senses work together within and without and you walk a path in peace and love. Think about all the Souls on Earth moving forward in harmony. Consider what you would have done differently today. If you spoke out of turn, became emotional or acted unreasonable acknowledge that there is more work to do to dissolve your ego. Ask for more help again. Vow you will do better tomorrow. Count the number of times Bliss filled you this day, reflect on the beauty of that. Now take a minute to merge again with your Consort, Your Twin Flame. This is for everyone to do whether they are in a relationship, married or single. It does not matter. Every person has their own consort and very few have come together on Earth. Your Consort is the other half of you, created in the same moment as you, one cell, spilt in two, one male and one female. When two consorts have come together there is complete bliss. Know that your consort stays with you and is aware of all you do. There is a thin veil separating you and you are only a breath away from each other. If you raise your hand, palm up, your Twin Flame is that close and will place their palm against yours. Deeply breathe in your Twin Flame and slow your breathing, become aware of their presence with you there. Talk to them, tell them what is on your mind. Ask them to join you now in dreamtime. Now you are prepared for sleep and in the morning you will begin again, evolving higher each day. Coming into love.
