God said:

To those of you who do not seem to get enough rest, and you’ve tried everything, well, then, never mind about it. Drink your green tea, pinch yourself, be awake and have the idea that you are getting enough rest. No longer say: “Oh, I’m so tired. I don’t get enough sleep, etc.”

Give yourself some better propaganda.

Rest and appetite are not all they are cracked up to be. You can eat and eat when you have already had enough. You can crave sleep in the same way. Consider need for sleep as an appetite. You know very well that if you found out you won a big lottery today, you would be quite alert and wide wide awake!

What you tell yourself is important. Don’t turn yourself into an insomniac. Nothing is for you to make a big deal of.

You are well aware that I am all for your getting enough sleep. It is possible that you don’t really know what is enough for you at any given time. In any case, you don’t want to convince yourself that you are lacking anything. You have the resources within you to be fine. So be fine. Declare it. Own it. Let yourself know that you are doing well and rising above everything, even what the world might call not enough sleep.

Figures are arbitrary. They mean what you say they mean. With or without sleep, you are doing well. Remind yourself that you are not your body. You are ever so much more.

You may have the idea that you have either too much of something or not enough. I would like you to have the idea that you are just right! It is perfectly okay to want more, and it’s not okay to convince yourself that you are in need.

You want an image of yourself that spreads good cheer.

If you are not pleased with yourself, who is going to be? Have a healthy outlook about yourself. Have the idea that you are not deprived of anything.

Of course, at the same time, I tell you to get enough rest. Of course, I want you to sleep and to sleep well. However, it is not your mission in life to get an exact amount of sleep. Do well with what you have. Have you not made it this far?

Respect sleep. Respect your sleep and the sleep of others. Sleep is a great gift. What a great thing sleep is! What a great idea! How did I think of sleep and create it? It is a basic need, yet do not over-endow sleep. Do not over-endow anything. Do not exaggerate. Do not ration yourself quite so much. If you sleep a lot one night, fine. If you sleep little one night, well, you slept little one night. All is right with the world regardless.

You are not to live life as if you are without and have to have.

Do not believe all the advertisements that embrace the assumption that you are needful. You don’t have to endorse everything that comes around on the turnpike of life. You don’t have to buy it. You don’t have to give in to others’ beliefs and desires as if they are Truth standing right before you.

I sell you one thing, and that is love, variously called Oneness and Wholeness. You well know you can’t buy love. Love is your birthright. It follows you all your days, and you give love to the world and all those who are near or far. Beloveds, let it be known that there is no far away. Everyone is as close to you as I am, and I am deep in your heart.

Owning your own power is a key to your success and happiness on the Earth plane dear ones. The path towards owning your power starts at home, through practising self-love and acceptance. You must learn to praise yourself and feel affection for yourself – things that you usually reserve for others. You can start by paying attention to when others are expressing admiration and affection for you, and emulating this behaviour towards yourself. Instead of dismissing compliments, learn to really hear, accept and appreciate praise from others, and express thoughts about your own beauty, gifts and strengths to yourself.

This is more than merely saying or thinking ‘I am good at this or that.’ It involves taking the time to acknowledge what you are achieving on a day-to-day level, rather than focussing on what has not been completed or healed. It is an acknowledgement which includes a ‘Well done!’ pat on the back and a feeling of happiness and satisfaction in yourself with every little step you take, encouraging yourself forward as you would do a babe who is learning to walk. Just as shining a light into a dark room dispels the dark, shining the positive light of acknowledgement inwards dispels the negative energy of self-criticism and disappointment with oneself. You are, with these simple and practical steps, beginning the journey towards forgiving and loving yourself unconditionally.

The second step to owning your power involves looking at your relationships with a fresh approach. Because you are reflections of each other, your lessons and challenges come most frequently through your relationships with others. Where you feel you are being disrespected, manipulated, ignored and judged, you are usually being shown where you are not loving yourself unconditionally. You can use every relationship, every difficulty, to strengthen yourselves and to come into your power – and we will explain how you can achieve this now, dear ones.

Suppose you are struggling within a personal relationship – with a partner, parent, sibling, work colleague, friend, or any person in your present or past reality. You may be experiencing thoughts about this person which stimulate the emotions of fear, frustration, anger, sadness, disappointment or self-criticism into your energy field. In your meditation time or at any time of the day, close your eyes and picture that person opposite you. Thoughts and corresponding emotions will automatically enter your consciousness – most likely thoughts and emotions which are on repeat, like a stuck record replaying over and over in your mind.

You choose to take control now, focussing on yourself rather than on the other, and the part you have played or are playing in this relationship. Tell yourself:
‘Well done!’ for attracting this situation into your life in order to grow stronger. Say out loud:
‘I love myself’, and smile inwardly at yourself. Say:
‘I am a powerful creator, choosing my experience in this lifetime in every given moment.’You are initiating the proccess of owning your own power in this relationship simply by acknowledging that no other being has the power to drain your energy unless you allow it.

Now search in your memory for any times where you have succeeded in being loving and compassionate to this person. Say ‘Well done!’ to yourself for trying your best. Choose, right now, in this moment, to feel loving and compassionate towards him or her. Acknowledge your efforts and forgive yourself for not always managing to be in compassion, accepting that it is sometimes difficult.

Turn that stream of unconditional love and acceptance inwards now, focussing only on yourself and the part you are playing in this self-chosen drama. You are succeeding in shining the light of acknowledgement and respect inwards, dispelling the negative energy of self-criticism & disappointment with yourself. You are owning your own power and learning to be affectionate and loving with yourself.

In no way is this practise fostering a lack of humility or encouraging self-righteousness. Indeed, when you truly love and accept yourself exactly as you are in any given moment, you are filled with humility and a sense of awe at how perfectly the universe is orchestrated by the Source, or God. You become infused with a deep KNOWING that you are Source energy embodied; that you are Love and Intelligence embodied. In this deep knowing you let go of blame towards yourself and towards any other person in your life. You see how owning your own power as a creator of your destiny is not possible without self-love and self-acknowledgement, for through this blossoms your autonomy and strength.

When you are truly in your power, there are none on your planet or in the universes beyond that have the power to control you or drain your energy. You give away your own energy through perceiving yourself as faulty, weak or victims. Shine the Light of love and respect inwards every day, dear ones, to dispel the energy drain of self-doubt and self-judgement. Smile inwardly in every moment possible, choosing to radiate the healing, transformative power of LOVE through every cell of your body. Praise yourself, searching for ways to commend yourself for trying your best to overcome difficulties in your life. Thus will you come into your true power and knowing; thus is your human tribe healed, person by person, until you are lifted en masse into the light of Christ consciousness.

Beloved masters, never before have you had such a wondrous opportunity to serve humanity and the Creator. You are at a crossroads in your evolutionary process, for the world you have known in the past is slowly fading away. As Divine Sparks of the Creator, you were given a great gift, a treasure chest of Creator Essence to use in any way you desired. You began this lifetime with a portion of Adamantine Particles of Light (the Essence of the Supreme Creator) stored within your Sacred Heart, and also a reserve tucked away within your Root Chakra--the Sacred Fire Seed Atom sometimes called Kundalini and portrayed as a coiled serpent. You have always had access to the Sacred Fire stored within your heart; however, you have to remember how to use your “Keys to the Kingdom” in order to ignite and effectively use this power source of Divine Light. The Kundalini or Serpent Fire is a different matter, for you must clear 51% of the distorted energy you have created in the past in order to tap into this potent reservoir of Divine Creator Light. In order to reach this state, you must harmonize the vibrational patterns of your physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies to the degree that your Energetic signature is resonating to the harmonics of the mid-fourth dimensions and higher.
Higher-consciousness awakening begins when the Kundalini Fire ignites within the root chakra, and begins to move up the spinal column through the etheric chakra system, thereby activating the process of opening the Seven Seals of Higher Consciousness. The Medulla Oblongata or the Ascension Chakra, which is sometimes called the Mouth of God, is activated, and the pineal gland begins to pulsate and function as it was originally designed to do. This in turn opens the crown chakra or the lotus of en-Lighten-ment at the top of the head, thereby connecting with the shining column of Light, which ultimately leads to your God-Seed Atom or I Am Presence. Once you make this connection, you are forever changed. The empowerment of Spirit begins to flow through you as you begin to reclaim your mastery of Self along with the godly gifts of your Divine heritage.
It is time for you and other Light workers to understand where you fit into this great cosmic event of expansion and evolution. Now is the time you have been preparing for in this and many past lifetimes. You, the faithful ones, who are striving to attain Self-mastery so that you may become World Servers of the Light, are needed now more than ever. It is now the time to declare, “I will strive to become a BOLD BEARER of LIGHT so that I may magnetize to me and radiate from me the maximum amount of Creator Light out into the world, to humanity and all Creation.”
New pathways in the brain are opened as you begin to unlock the Light packets of wisdom and your history stored within the higher-dimensional levels of your Sacred Mind. The old pathways and painful memories of your third- and fourth-dimensional past begin to fade, and you will find that it becomes more and more difficult to remember the failures and suffering of your past lives. Have we not told you that you are healing the past as you spiral into the future? You will remember who you are and your history, but only the positive, harmonious events.
As an en-Lighten-ed Being, you have begun to build a bridge of consciousness back into the higher realms of this Sub-universe. It is called the Antakarana in ancient, esoteric teachings and the Rainbow Bridge currently. In order to return to mastery, you must learn to use the three aspects of your mental nature: the brain–mind–Soul. You must also clear the distortions of the subconscious mind and attune the conscious mind to your Soul Self so that the wisdom of your Soul and Higher Self can begin to flow throughout your four lower-bodily systems. Remember, every atom and all your physical Being have consciousness, and they must be en-Lighten-ed and attuned to the higher frequency patterns of ascension. You are made of Divine Essence. You are a Spark/Fragment of the Supreme Creator. You have latent powers that must be developed. There is a great need for humanity to refresh its Spiritual memory and to develop the powers of a Master of Light.
The Antakarana is composed of sub-tributaries or streams of Light, which will ultimately strengthen and magnify the connections between the many facets of your Higher Self and your God-Seed Atom. These streams of Light have consciousness, and they contain the intelligence of your multiple levels of Self which reside in the higher realms. As we have told you, your subconscious mind is becoming conscious, and your conscious mind is opening up to the wisdom of your Superconscious mind, which contains the mysteries of this Sub-universe.
You are in the final stages of a most wondrous experiment: perfecting and merging Spirit with matter in its highest form. The ego desire body, the will of the physical personality, must merge with the Will of Spirit into one fused unit of consciousness. In order to evolve/ascend into the next higher frequency levels of consciousness, you must endeavor to stand firmly mid-way on the path of Light and shadow as you traverse the realms of duality. It is vitally important that you access the Seed Atoms of hope, inspiration and intuition, which are stored within your Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart. As you remove the fog of negativity from your etheric body, your mind and emotional body, gradually, these precious Seed Atoms will begin to pulsate and release the potent, cosmic virtues, talents and wisdom stored therein. You must strive to disengage yourself from the glamour of the material world and from the restrictive forces of matter.
The Soul is forever seeking unity. You are learning to be a practical mystic—to stand firmly anchored in the refined levels of the third- and fourth-dimensional environment as you gradually merge the multiple facets of your Beingness into the entry levels of the fifth dimension. You are well on your way to taming the human intellectual mind in order to access and use the intuitive, higher mind. The inner life of a Self-master is lived and ruled from a mental state of consciousness. Emotions, thoughts and actions are all filtered through the mental faculty of the Soul. As a result, illusion gives way to intuition, whereby higher frequency knowledge gradually becomes available. The lure of the material world will slowly fade as the ego desire body loses its dominant hold and the personality becomes Soul-infused. As a Self-master, you will learn to efficiently function within the combined fields of dynamic, physical force and cosmic energy.
The Earth and humanity are on the verge of the greatest awakening and transformation since the fall of human consciousness into the lower realms of density. As the Earth and humanity make ready for the next great leap in evolution and expanded consciousness, all is being shaken at the deepest level of existence. The higher you reach toward enlightenment, the deeper you must go into the core essence of your past. As you tap into the memory cells of your cosmic past, and become aware of your royal heritage, you are also remembering how it was, time after time, in your ancient past when your reality and the world seemed to turn upside down. Everything that was familiar swiftly changed in some manner or was swept away, often though wars between nations and/or races, or by ecological disasters via the elements of nature: fire, water, air/wind, and earth movement.
As we have stated many times before, “our Mother/Father God does not punish.” However, as the universal pattern of change becomes even more forceful, and the Shift of the Ages accelerates, all that is not based on truth, harmony and peaceful coexistence will be shaken to its core. Many precious Souls who are not ready to graduate from the wheel of reincarnation and karma are transcending into the higher realms in preparation for an upgrade in consciousness as they prepare for a new and better cycle of experience in the material/physical realms of expression. The lower, drastically imbalanced third and lower fourth dimensions are gradually being returned to the original designed spectrum of duality. That ancient, distorted project or experiment in cocreation is coming to an end and will never be repeated. Because of what you, the Legions of Light, have accomplished, it is assured that no other group of Souls will ever have to experience the deep level of suffering, fear, negativity and deprivations that all of you have experienced during your many sojourns in this Sub-universe and especially on planet Earth.
At the turn of the century, the beautiful, faithful servants of the Creator and our Father/Mother God, the great Devic and Elemental Kingdoms, were given another new directive—instructions to begin to infuse the Earth with an acceleration of the elements of life, cosmic fire, the Adamantine Particles of Creator Light, the life force energy of all creation: the air element, the Sacred breath of our Father/Mother God; the cleansing and life-sustaining element of water, and the foundation of your existence on the material plane; and the elements of earth. All areas of the Earth are experiencing erratic weather patterns and shifting land masses as your Mother Earth sheds more density, and releases the acute buildup of impacted negative thought forms from deep within her physical vessel. The elements are not your enemies, they are Divine gifts from the Creator; however, humanity has misused and abused the Earth and each other long enough. It is time for all of you, as sentient Beings, to take full responsibility for your creations. Each and every Soul on Earth is in the process of suffering from the consequences or reaping the rewards of their actions.
It is quickly becoming evident which areas of the planet are most in need of cleansing and balancing; however, we do not wish to instill fear or doubt within the consciousness of the masses. In fact, that is what we wish to dispel as we endeavor to assure you that you and you alone will decide whether you move into the new environment of higher consciousness as a Self-master, or whether your distorted energy patterns magnetize cataclysms and chaos into your personal environment. Our main intention is to help you understand what is in store for you over these next critical years of transformation of the Earth and humanity. The decisions you make now and the energies you radiate from you that create the auric field in which you exist will determine your reality of the future, and how you will experience these momentous years of transition. It is time for you to decide whether you will move forward on the spiral of ascension though the gift of en-Lighten-ment, which will give you a golden opportunity to step through the door of life and into the future, fully conscious and aware of who and what you are. Or, whether you must experience the physical death process through the old Laws of life and death within the third- and fourth-dimensional realms.
Since your descent into the world of physicality, your Spirit-Self has been struggling to function within its physical overlay while you played the game of duality and separation. It is now time to bring all these diverse facets of yourself back into harmony so that you may function in a state of unified consciousness once more. Your auric field and your radiance will burn brighter and will expand far and wide as you integrate more and more facets of your God-Seed Atom—that facet of your Divine Self which resides in the highest dimensions of existence, the beginning point for the refracted, Self-conscious Beings of Light within this Sub-universe. Isn’t it wondrous to have a constant companion who directs, inspires, nurtures and even protects you? Isn’t it amazing how so many Soul families are coming together to share higher truths, talents and experiences—who are joining together to create a powerful, synergistic thought form of love, benevolence and empowerment? Those of you who have faithfully stayed the course are downloading amazing new concepts of cosmic wisdom, and you are being assisted in many ways as the floodgates of abundance are opening wider and wider. Your highest visions are beginning to manifest when they are in alignment with the greatest good for all. Inspired thoughts and fresh, creative ideas are flooding the minds of those who have the ability to download these refined concepts, and then bring them to fruition in material form for the benefit of all humanity.
It may not seem so to many of you; however, a wondrous new vision, a powerful probable future for humanity and the Earth has taken shape, and is being strengthened and magnified moment-by-moment. As more and more of you slowly withdraw your attention and thoughts from the self-limiting thought patterns of old, they are gradually dissolving and becoming ineffectual. When you allow the attributes of your God–Self to emerge and the refined energy of Spirit becomes the dominant force in your life, the path is cleared for you to begin the process of accessing and integrating the full spectrum components of the Twelve Rays stored within your Diamond Core God Cell.
Many Light workers and StarSeed Souls are aware that this is the most important lifetime they will ever experience on planet Earth. Also, for many wise, advanced Souls who came to Earth to open the Path of ascension and lead the way, this is the last incarnation they will experience in the density of the four lower dimensions of the material planes of consciousness. To our brave and valiant warriors of Light, we say, “Job well done.”
My beloved champions of Light, it is not a time for the faint-hearted, and it is time to stop dabbling in spirituality. Many of you have been half-hearted in your endeavors to awaken to the wisdom of the Soul and your Higher Self. It is time to set your hearts afire with an intense desire to claim Self-mastery and to become a Soul-Seeker instead of a pleasure-seeker. The secrets of how to traverse the dramatic changes and the chaotic times of transformation are constantly being revealed to you. However, you must make the effort and actively strive to incorporate the fail-safe methods available to you, if you are to successfully ride the crest of the waves of change during the turbulent years ahead. It is a time of LETTING GO OF THE OLD–MAKING WAY FOR THE NEW. An upgrading and refinement of every facet / Spark of God-consciousness, as well as of every dimensional level, are gaining momentum as the rarified Light of the Supreme Creator beams forth to the very edge of manifested Creation within this Sub-universe.
Beloveds, we see the Light expanding and gaining strength in many places around the world. We also see your radiance and influence growing, and you are making a positive impact on more lives than ever before. You must remain heart-centered and Soul-focused as the chaos and fear grow and spread throughout the planet. We have now joined forces, and we are and ever will be invincible, for we are fulfilling a Divine mandate from our Father/Mother God. Do you feel your heart chakra transforming? Do you feel your capacity to love and be love enhancing? Are you experiencing the suffering of your past coming up once more through your heart chakra to be experience and released?

This is a most sacred time upon the Earth and the inner planes, especially as you move from 2014 into 2015, the heart chakra of the Creator which is the deepest purest core of love is expanding, pumping greater volumes of love into the vibrations of all. All which occurs within the Creator occurs within every soul upon the inner planes and the Earth. For some it is uncomfortable that the purest core of love within their heart chakra and soul is expanding, merging and synthesising with their entire being. This is causing a deep activation of healing. The pure vibration of love can sometimes feel like an imposter within the beings of many causing chaos, unbalance and a purging of energies, thoughts, emotions and consciousness. If one chooses to consciously or unconsciously resist the arising pure vibrations of love within their being then of course a battle begins and yet if one is able to set their sight upon the divine truth within their being therefore viewing everything from that perspective then the pure love will feel like a bonus, a miracle and a healing. A deep expansion of the heart chakra will be experienced, developing your capacity to be and express love as well as acknowledging the world around you as love.

This is more than simply a greater wave of love being sent to you to enhance your vibrations and ascension. It is akin to a deep awakening within your being of truth. For each soul upon the Earth the awakening of love will have a unique and diverse influence on their being and reality. The truth awoken within souls and heart chakras will also be diverse, filled with magic and a deeper essence of your soul.

If you have been searching for your true self, your essence or your purpose then the activation within your being at this time will be all that you seek. Its vibration and energy is of truth born from love, it is exactly what your soul believes you require at this moment of your ascension. There is an opportunity of greater fulfilment; the enormity of this fulfilment depends upon your capacity to accept and the expansion of your perspective. The truth born from love activated from your soul will come forth to you as a gradual energy, vibration and consciousness activating a gradual process of embodiment before its complete manifestation in your reality.  The activation may also ask you to let go of unneeded energies within your being or reality in order to encourage your vibration to soar and to make space for the new energies which are more aligned to your soul.

It is a most wonderful time and it is the second level of heart chakra activation and expansion in the New Era of Love. The first activation occurred directly before or just after the transition of all moving into 2012- 2013. Some people upon the Earth experience an expansion of their love while others experience a disappointment in the reality before them. This in truth was an activation of the pure core love of the Creator within all, causing an enhancement of love or a deep purification of old energies, habits and beliefs to make space for love. Now almost two years later the same is occurring again; a deep enhancement of love and a deep purification of all that hinders love. Since the end of 2012 and before you have been moving upon a wave of energy which is continuously evolving in energetic vibration, meaning the speed of your energy vibration is constantly quickening. The vibra tions of love you are and will experience at this time are far more heightened and yet as you exist in the energy continuously you do not recognise the greater magnificence and achievement of your ability to accept evolved vibrations of love.

You may recognise the clearing of the heart chakra which is occurring on a grand scale at this time of ascension. When the heart chakra is clear, the energies of the soul and the Creator can flow with greater freedom and purity to all aspects of your being and reality. It is the same for the heart chakra of Mother Earth which is also moving through a powerful purification and release process at this time. Mother Earth is focusing much of her energies at her heart chakra, she is inviting all aspects, energies, situations and manifestations on the Earth which are no longer needed, require or aligned with the vibration of love to be drawn to her heart chakra to be dissolved in the pure vibration of love expanding from her own heart chakra due to the activation of the Creator. Mother Earth is also calling forth all contracts, vows and promises made in the past which no longer align with t he Era of Love to be drawn to the surface of the heart chakra to be bathed in love, transformed and lovingly released. The heart chakra is the home of contracts, vows and promises as such expressions are created and held in the heart chakra. Whether these contract, vows or promises were created for you or by you in your current lifetime or past lifetimes or created by the consciousness of humanity for the Earth, it is now time for them to be cleared to allow the further flow of love through, from and into the heart chakra.

Many of you who have more recently experienced pain, suffering, release or a process of healing within or connected to the heart chakra may have been achieving this on behalf of all. Many souls on the Earth have been taking on energies from Mother Earth’s heart chakra as she focuses on clearing energies within, around and connected to the heart chakra, in order to act as a vehicle of healing and purification. These beings recognise their connection will all aspects of the Creator and so at a soul level accept the task of running certain energies through their physical manifestation to clear energies at a larger, worldwide and  universal level. When a soul accepts the task to run energies through their being to aid mass healing the energy is projected into their being and experienced as a situation personal and appropriate to their reality. It may manifest as an energy patte rn completing with someone, a loss, a healing realisation which alters that person’s perceptive. Whatever needs to occur in that person’s reality to create freedom, expansion of love and healing, the energy healing task taken on by the soul will encourage what needs to take place in the person’s reality to manifest thus energy is healed and released on a mass level and the individual reaps the rewards as well. You are all Ascended Masters, you are all evolving through the ascension process on your own behalf and yet more importantly on behalf and supporting others.

Love is the key; love is the focus, experiencing life while reminding yourself of love, experiencing all which needs to be healed within your being while reminding yourself of love. One doesn’t constantly have to act in a loving way to be love and yet if you know you are love constantly retaining this knowingness, it will manifest through you accordingly.

The pure love core of the Creator has activated and there are energies which need to be let go of in order to allow yourself to completely embrace and fully experience love. It is my advice to you to write down all you feel yourself willing, able, wanting and ready to let go of, such as thoughts, emotions, perspectives, habits, people, situations, reoccurring patterns, lack, resistance and so forth. Create a list which is entitled, ‘All I am willing to let go of to accept and experience the pure love activation of the Creator expanding within my being.’ Then write all you are willing to let go of. When you surrender to the Creator, as creating such a list is a process of surrendering to the Creator, you are declaring your willingness to experience the deeper love of the Creator within your being. This will mean that much of that which is placed on your list will be release and let go of without you realising, thus allowing you to move through this process of cleansing and healing through the expansion of love with greater ease. It is only when you are unwilling to release, acknowledge or accept what you need to let go of that difficulty, pain and unbalance arises, causing deep learning which is often not needed to be experienced. It is only when you hold on to that which must depart your being and reality that you create greater challenges for yourself and create an ascension pathway which seems so steep and rocky.

Accepting love isn’t always about letting go of what is no longer needed and yet it allows for a greater experience of love. The more you engage with the love within your being the more you will discover that all which is no longer needed falls away without your distress or need for acknowledgement.

The second phase of heart chakra ascension in the new Era of Love has begun now and will continue for as long as is needed and appropriate for your being. In truth it will continue until the third phase of heart chakra ascension which could be one month from now or again two years from now. We are all moving through an ascension process which is no longer restricted by deadlines or goals associated with time. The Earth, you and all is simply evolving freely; every moment of ascension is now new and no longer dictated. How long you wish to remain in the second phase of heart chakra ascension is your choice. Not the choice of your mind, desires or needs, the choice of your soul and the dedication of you personally to the truth of your being. So dedicate yourself rather than pushing yourself, love yourself rather than being frustrated with yourself and level of growth. Let all unfold in alignment with the Creator.

Being True to Yourself

I love you. End of story. That’s it. That’s all you have to know. This is enough to make you a knight who rides through life the way a fish swims through water.

With My love increasing in your eyes, what can hold you back? What can stop you or delay you? With My love strongly supporting you, what is there you cannot do? What is not a blessing no matter what it may look like to you or to others? Who is not your brother? Who is there that your heart cannot send blessings to? Who is there that you cannot give a moment of love to or share a moment of love with?

What comes before love, dear ones? Anything?

Please do not misunderstand Me. I am not advocating that you be on a Love Campaign or Love Parade. Quietly go about your day and allow love to usher from you. You don’t have to say a word about it. Just let love come forth from you as you live your life. You are not making love a project. You are simply being without resistance to giving love while you are at it.

There is nothing hard about it. You think there is. If love is too hard for you to put your arms around, then simply think in terms of friendliness or courtesy or even grace. Be not a withholder of love. Love from you could be looking straight into someone’s eyes.

No one who appears before you is to be unseen or denied. That is all. Someone does not have to be high in your esteem in order to be acknowledged. How you live your life is up to you and not the person in front of you. And if you cannot carry love in your heart for this one or that one, perhaps you can like them a little bit. You do not have to cast them aside. You don’t have to throw them out. You don’t have to embrace them, nor do you have to take away your grace from them. No one has to be a pinch to your heart, nor do you have to pinch another’s heart. Open hearts, yours and others. Don’t squeeze any heart closed.

What do you think getting out of the past means? It means letting the past go. Perhaps yesterday you deeply disliked someone or something. Today you are not obliged to continue in that vein. Dispense with being self-righteous and stuck on your opinions. Down with opinions. Do not let opinions be forms of discrimination. Unless you welcome to whatever degree you are able to at a given moment, you are discriminating. Cast off discrimination, not people.

Give a nod to the idea that everyone is My child and, therefore, your brother or sister. Not everyone on Earth grew up with a loving family. If this is the case for you, it doesn’t mean that you cannot be caring and responsible for giving, if not joy, at least not giving hurt or avoidance.

When you think about life and all it incurs and what some people go through, how can you not spread a little sunshine? Just a little. You don’t have to go overboard. It’s true that everyone needs a lift. What is more significant, however, is that you need to be one who uplifts. Carry upliftment rather than resentment or dislike. No matter what, it is not to your credit to dismiss anyone.

If you diminish anyone, you are diminishing yourself. Diminish diminishment. Increase upliftment. Be a blessing to all. Why not, beloveds? Why not? Welcoming to your heart is better than evicting anyone from your heart. You don’t have to be lovey-dovey. You do not have to spend time with everyone, yet, when your paths cross, be pleasant. That is truly being true to your Self.

"Greetings, Beloved Family.  It is I, Sananda, standing here before you with my Beloved Marys – my Mother Mary and my Beloved wife, whom you know as Mary Magdalene.  We are most especially thankful, for a Holy Day Season has begun which is unlike any others that you have known, in this life or in others!For as you have heard, you are so close, so very close to being in the absolute Freedom which you so deserve, so that you may continue your learnings, your teachings, your sharing of Truth and Love and all that is real - really real - in the Universe!!!

"You have spent so many lifetimes caught up in the programs, of the dramas.  It has not always been easy, but you have played your roles to perfection!  And you have accomplished much, so much so that you now know that you are made of Love.  And even though you may find yourselves not always in the expression of Love, remember, you are humans evolving - even those of you who are from other places that have found yourselves in human bodies this time.  You have an aspect of Humanity in your beings.

"And so it is not to feel guilty, or to judge yourselves in any way.It is simply that if you get a slight buzzing, or tingling, or message of some kind that perhaps what you are expressing is not of the Highest Love, then you can thank yourselves for your discernment, because you know the difference!!!  You know the difference in how it feels!  And this is so beautiful to watch, Beloved Ones, as you enter more and more into the Kingdom where only Love exists. 

"This is the destination of Planet Earth. You have heard this many times. Yes, Ascension is the Mission and you are here to assist in that.  And it is by sharing your LoveLights, and what you have learned along the way, that you shine so beautifully, so magnificently, so powerfully!!!

"And so it is that this entire Company here assembled washes your feet in honor of all that you have accomplished, of all that you have expressed, of all that we see upon your timelines.Successful Ascensions - absolutely!  But prior to that, as you measure time, there is this moment and those to come beforeyou actually accomplish your Ascensions. 

"And we see the Golden Age as being a time, an era, if you will, where you can expand to your fullest radiances, where you can express your Divinities in so many ways, where you can live your Lifestyles of Love - free at last from all of the untruths and the lies, from the shackles, as it were, that have bound you and enslaved you to programs not of your making but, nevertheless, so restrictive that for some of you, it has been an arduous journey to return to the knowing of Who You Really Are.

"But we tell you, Beloved Ones, we promise you that we have been with you every step of the way, even during the most difficult of times.  And that when you have been, shall we say, in between lives, we have been One with you and you with us.  And there has been no confusion!  There have been no veils, and it has been a glorious time, if you will, of Oneness in the Love, in the Light of Who We Are!!!

"And so we thank you, Beloved Ones, from our very Hearts of our beings,those of you who have been courageous enough to come into the human bodiesto participate in this grand evolution and uplifting of Planet Earth!  And for having the Courage to stay the course, no matter what obstacles have presented themselves, no matter what challenges you are facing, we honor you for your commitments, for your accomplishments and for that which lies ahead of you!!!

"And we invite you to take our hands, and to know in every part of your beings that we are One with you and that we are with you and that we can co-create miracles with you!  For that is what we are here to do, and that is to join together and co-create the miracles, all of the miracles which have been ordained by you, Beloved Ones, so long ago as you measure time.

"So let us stay together on the Path of Love.  It is the Highest Path that you could possibly choose.  It is literally lit and empowered by Love, and it is for all of us together, to move forward together, to enter into the Golden Age and beyond.  And we tell you this – you are not only thanked and honored, but you are blessed, for you have blessed the world by being here!!!

"And so let us shine forth the Love we are in Gratitude, in the giving of thanks.  And let us touch every Heart of every member of Mother Gaia’s Kingdoms, even as we bask in the glow of the LoveLight you shine forth from your beings, from your beautiful, radiant Hearts.

"And so it is that as you bless us, we bless you, Beloved Ones.And we ask you to hold out your hands so that you may receive from my Mother and my Beloved Bride, the Roses of Kumara.These are the roses of Thanksgiving.  These are the Roses of the Holy Days.And it is for you to place them in your Hearts, as many as you choose.  And by these Roses shall the entire Universe know that you were here in this Company, and that we came together to give thanks and to bless each other with the Love.

Dear Ones,

It is nearly Thanksgiving in the U.S. marking the official beginning of the holiday season.Know that in this unique time of the year there is an awakening in you of the spirit of Gratitude. It is the true essence of Thanksgiving. When you can immerse yourself in the flow of pure Gratitude, it catalyzes new abundance in every area of your life. Gratitude can provide a new containment field for your heart to open into. It is a true gift for yourself when you live in Gratitude. The power of giving thanks can help to lift you above the appearance of disharmony so that a new life emerges within you opening doors to amazing possibilities you never imagined.

Your deepest dreams are being awakened now and your heart is being offered an opportunity to create manifestation of your deepest Soul’s longings. When you open to these desires that have the potential to fulfill you in massive ways, an energy begins to work in you that you have never experienced. It is like the unlocking of the gateway to a new dimension with thanksgiving as the key.

The creation of new attitudes of thanksgiving in your life attracts new streams of light-filled energy to bless all that is honored in this way. When a blessing of thanksgiving is made in any moment, it confers light-filled Divine energy upon the person who sends it, as well as the situation being blessed. In challenging times it may seem difficult to find something to feel grateful for. In spite of this difficulty, one way to create a positive change in your life is to give thanks for what you have now. You can even give thanks in advance for what you want to create. This allows a shift in your perceptions so that you begin to attract new beneficial energy into your life.

Gratitude is an attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life in thanksgiving, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your mind and body to live in a higher state of health and well-being.

When you find nothing else, you can give thanks for just being alive so your soul will evolve. It is a gift to be in a human body and your body is a miraculous instrument. Consider the fact that you have a heart within you that needs no conscious assistance on your part to continue beating. Remember that you don’t have to tell your digestive system to do its work.

All of these body parts are functioning in a wondrous Divine plan of perfection. When you turn your attention to these systems within your body, when you begin to give thanks for the incredible processes that continue 24 hours a day within you, they will function at a higher level. Your focus of attention with gratitude and blessings will bring more light and strength into your vital organs. For extra energy, consider filling these organs with a healing color such as pink or green, which brightens them with Divine Light. For fun you can then imagine a smile on a body part such as your liver or your heart. This will not only bless your organs, it will lighten your mind.

Gratitude is the Attitude that will take you into your Heart. Consider the idea that your thoughts are like prayers reaching out into the Universal flow of life. When you use your thoughts consciously, they become prayers that shift your perspective so you can see a greater picture of what is actually going on in your life. Prayers of gratitude are very powerful, and stimulate an increased flow of spiritual energy into every situation. This force can create miraculous change for good in your life. It may take a little effort to find something to be grateful for when you are feeling down, but prayers of thanksgiving can help create a beautiful shift in your mind when you do so.

It is vitally important for your future to nurture compassion for yourself, the mistakes you made as you were learning about life, and forgiveness for the person you were in the past. Be grateful for all that you have learned and all that you are. This act is a good beginning for a peace filled and happy future. You can open new doors for tomorrow with your grateful thoughts today.

No matter how it feels, you are never alone. You are here on earth to remember your connection to the Spiritual Presence in your life. You are meant to live a happy, abundant life with deep fulfillment. In order to do this, it is necessary to step out of the challenges life presents and into the flow of God’s love, which will bring you more creative solutions. There is one place where you can always go to feel the power of Divine Love, and that is in your heart. Gratitude is the attitude that will take you into your heart. It does not matter if you see nothing in your life for which to feel grateful, just the act of giving thanks opens a door in your heart to allow Divine Love in.

Sometimes it seems as though prayer is difficult or there may be negative associations with organized religion from childhood. Perhaps some suggestions for prayers of thanksgiving can be useful. Here are some possibilities for prayers that may help you to lift your thoughts and connect your heart to the essence of Gratitude. You can choose one or more that resonate with you and use them as a spiritual practice for the day. Masters suggest 21 days of a practice to create a new habit within your brain.

Divine Presence,

I AM grateful for the Beauty and Power of the living Earth that sustains all life and blesses all who are fortunate to live in this beautiful world. I give thanks that all beings are awakening to these gifts.

Thank you for this day. Help me to see the blessings in my life, and learn the lessons given to me to learn. Show me what I need to know in order to grow into a more kind and loving human being, and take care of my responsibilities with Grace and Ease. Help me to share the gifts you have given me in a way that adds more value to the world.

Thank you for helping me move with great Clarity and Certainty. Thank you for inspiring my heart centered action in every area of my life.

I AM grateful for physical, mental and emotional Health and Well-Being. I recognize Wellness as my most empowered attribute and it blesses every area of my life.

Joseph’s Good Fortune

For those of My children who struggle, can you not do as you do without the struggling part? What is struggle? It is trying too hard. Do as you do and release trying so hard, and you will not be struggling.

Of course, there is struggling and struggling just the way there is trouble and trouble. A broken fingernail can be trouble. Not getting a good mark on a test can be trouble. Having a car accident is another breed of trouble.

How related is trouble to worrying? You decide something is trouble, and perhaps you add an overtone of stormy weather. The world does not turn dark because you are anxious, yet you see it that way.

You live in what is called the relative world, and relative means that everything is by comparison. What if you didn’t compare? Then, worry would leave, trouble would not claim ownership. If you could know ahead of time that all that occurs doesn’t really matter, that what occurs occurs, what doesn’t occur doesn’t occur, and that all is well regardless of anything in the world of up’s and down’s. In that case, what would you identify as trouble and struggle? What would you refuse to admit to the entrance of your life when it has already barged in? What would you kick away?

What would you dismiss when you do not as yet know where it is taking you?

In one sense, there are no accidents. Then, if that is the case, everything is predetermined. In another sense, even that which seems to be predetermined can be your Free Will. It is not so easy to call the shots.

Which one of My children knows what is providential? Which one of My children knows what is his good fortune? May I become Biblical for a moment? What a terrible deed when Joseph’s brothers sold him into slavery, yet, look what good fortune it turned out to be for Joseph and the world. This is a story in many forms that happens every day. Something that befalls that you resist turns out to be propitious. By the same token, something that you welcome may turn out to carry dismay or perhaps what you perceive as disaster with it.

The importance of good attitude has been talked about. Some might mock optimism in the face of the unwelcome, yet which of My children has the key to an outcome? All the signs can read one way, and yet the denouement is another. What is the bright side to pessimism? Is there one? What is pessimism worth? Does it have a value? All I can see to pessimism that is positive is that you can then smack your thigh and say you were right, that you knew all along that no good would come from something.

If you want to be prophetic, be prophetic on the sunny side. Be mistaken if you have to be. So what? Err on the side of good news, beloveds. It’s worth it to stave off disappointment until the end, and, even then, you don’t know that the story is over.

Lean toward the idea that nothing is wasted. Doesn’t science say something like that? Do not think that receptivity is wasted. Do not think that welcoming life is wasted. Do not think that loving life is wasted. What occurs in life is what occurs in life. Your outer life is by far not the whole story. There is a stream of life that runs in an unseen stream. The world can call you a wastrel if it likes, yet the world does not know all that much. In My realm, you could be a hero. You yourself don’t even know all that you are doing for the world. How, then, could anybody else know what to tag you?

In the world, there is assuming and presuming. All the while, there is a basis that the world does not see very well. It is not for you to underestimate your purpose in the world and the quality of your life nor to underestimate anyone else’s purpose or quality of life.
